  Everything about this company has been five stars, I have purchased a new unit last year and today was my seasonal check. I cannot find enough words to express how pleased I am from calling for appointment, text on their arrival to invoicing. The technician Tiffany was a perfect frontline employee very knowledgeable, friendly and the best manners. She explained all aspects of the work to the unit. She is an great asset to this company and will succeed in her career. Oh and not to mention Michelle at the office. I had called with couple of questions and she explained everything in detail, and answered all my concerns.

  Naturally, there are so many systems and the ability to install and maintain them must be daunting. Our system was no exception and it was due for repairs and some components replaced. I received a flier in the mail and decided to give them an opportunity... I assure you that we have dealt with several vendors over the years before meeting Atlas Heating and Air. What impressed me most is the fac that they are willing to perform DUE DILIGENCE. They don't simply solve the problem, they are attentive to fixing other cascading issues and or improper work from their predecessors. I was embarrassed to see the shoddy work glossed over by previous technicians yet proud of Atlas for "making things right". GREAT SERVICE and HIGHLY RECOMMEND Special thanks to the team to include: Cory, Nick, and Rick.

  John's crew gets a 5 Star! His team of 4/5 young men installed 2 air condition units for me. The guys worked as a team, informing me of each process step. They communicated so professionally and worked tirelessly. I can't say enough nice things about this crew. They were very knowledgeable of the product they serviced me with, Answered all my questions, totally cleaned up afterwards, very courteous to each other and my family! So pleased with the service and new units! Thank you, Corey for helping me choose Atlas Heating & Air and Thank you, John for your crews superb work!

  So impressed with Corey's service at Atlas Heating & Air! He managed to come on very short notice to provide an estimate for replacing our "dead" HVAC unit. He fit us between other scheduled appointments, went into a very hot attic, and came up with a solution to our problem of uneven air distribution. He quickly and competently provided all information. Atlas replaced another unit for us last year and have been pleased in all respects!

  Atlas A/C serviced our church. They fixed properly what another company did not do. Mr. Cutlip was over and beyond kind. He told me that he was donating his services to our church. Thank you Jesus!
  His technician, Danielle, serviced my home and did an excellent job. She installed a switch in my box upstairs that would prevent further damage if there is an overflow in my system. She was very polite and kind. Thank her for serving our country.
  The following week, Corey cleaned and sanitized my ducts. I suggest cleaning and sanitizing the ducts. Breathing fresh air is beneficial. Corey took his time, did an excellent job and was very courteous. He changed my a/c filter and replaced some bulbs that I couldn't reach. What an outstanding job!!!
  Mr. Cutlip, Danielle, and Corey went over and beyond to help me and my church with my a/c.
  The prices were phonomenial for all three services. I highly recommend Atlas A/C.
  The office staff are also very generous and make sure that customers are satisfied.
  Mr. Cutlip also loves The Lord and is a born again believer. May God continue to bless him and his employees. God has done a good work in them and He will continue it until the very end. Blessings to all of you and thanks again from my heart. I will definitely be sending you referrals.

  Having been in home services for years, I've recommended Atlas to at least 50 clients and always got awesome feedback. When it came time to replace my unit, you can guess who I called! It was nice to finally experience the service firsthand. The entire process from quote appointment to install was 6 days. Couldn't be happier! Thanks to the entire Atlas team for the exceptional service.
