1 starGreat salesman! But if you have an issue afterwards: customer service is horrible! They tore off part of my siding that caused water to pour into my office. They sent people out to try to fix it and told me “that I was trying to take advantage of them”. They sent a man from Florida that told me that he was a contractor and made me feel inferior!! I still have markings on my ceiling and they will not return my email. VERY DISAPPOINTED IN THIS COMPANY!!Review fromStewart A

1 starHad a metal roof installed and was expecting great things from a family business that prides itself on the training of its crews. As the whole roof was replaced we expected hurricane straps would be installed, apparently it was omitted from the contract. When the crew showed up it was not Roofcrafters as they subcontracted it out. Oversight was poor. A joist that was supposed to be braced wasn't, H clips were not used when they put the sheathing in. We are extremely disappointed, especially in their response - essentially ghosting us. Later our property was put on lien as they had improperly paid one of their suppliers. This is not the review I wanted to write as they came highly recommended. The roof looks great but without the straps for wind mitigation our insurance company increased our premium by $1400 - every year!!!Review fromDennis G

1 starContacted to address a leaking metal roof performed Dec. 2023 and additional repair Feb. 2024.
Roof is still leaking. Engineering inspection and report indicated substandard repair. Roof crafters indicated rotted wood dealt with but discovered that it was not true. Roof crafters blamed chimney, but after removal of damaged drywall ceiling observed leaking in area of repair. Communicated with Roof-crafters (sent copy of engineering report with photos to owner certified mail). No response from company. Followed up with email on 8-10 2024. No response. Would not recommend this company at all due to perceived incompetence and treating this problem with no response and seemingly accepting no responsibility for unsuccessful service. 5 starsRoofCrafters did a great job from start to finish. The estimator introduced me to the materials, methods, and costs while assisting with color choices. **** began promptly on the day promised, with the field supervisor directing a large and energetic crew. It was amazing to see the the work accomplished in one day. The field supervisor was especially helpful in that he discovered a hidden structural problem left by a long ago plumbing contractor, and he solved the problem with extra care and saved the homeowner (me) a huge amount of trouble. Im grateful! I saw a level professionalism and problem solving that any homeowner would be pleased to encounter. Upon job completion, the cleanup was quick and tidy. 5 starsHurricane *** came and destroyed my home in ********** **. I called companies to come out and do and inspection and an estimate. Roof Crafters came out and was very knowledgeable and priced reasonably. Once everything was agreed upon I had my new roof put on within 3 days. They were very clean and I did not find one nail around my house. Would recommend anyone to have them come out and take a look for their roofing needs!Review fromKathleen Z

Back in January of 2022, I was rear-ended by a man driving a RoofCrafters truck. We were on highway 95, near ******, Georgia. I suffered from terrible whiplash that I had to get immediately treated for at the ** when I reached ************, **. I received 2 medications and was given an injection. Needless to say, we have medical bills and bills for the repairs made to our vehicle, which we submitted to RoofCrafters in March. We have tried for the last 3 months to talk to someone at Roofcrafters in regards to our medical and auto repair bills, Supposedly, all of the information we sent to Roofcrafters was sent to our contacts supervisors. Three months later, we have still heard nothing in regards to our situation. This is not the kind of company I would want to do business with.

1 starThis company was hired to tarp my roof after hurricane ***. After the roof continued to leak the company came out again and it still lead after next rain . I then went to another roofer . Roofcrafters sent me a bill for *******, I hadnt recd any money from my insurance and they emailed me and said I had 10 days to pay or they would put a lien on my home. This was 12/19/22 I called them 12/29/22 to make payment they had already recorded a Lein . They lied and there was Christmas holiday and weekends within this 10 days . I would not recommend this company to anybody. The roof still leaks so I paid for nothing
