    In this review I'll discuss the VERY poor customer service and the ATTEMPTED Illegal Eviction. I am the 1st complaint on this business.
    After storing my business items while I recovered **********, I called the office and spoke with a female to request they STOP putting the florescent "Thank you for storing with us" stickers on my PERSONALLY OWNED LOCK (they keep pushing one on top of the other and the adhesive is damaging to my lock since I want to engrave it). She acted as if I asked her to allow me to live in the unit. We'll since she's a powerless type employee, she said she'll forward my request to the manager.
    I then get a call from this female Shannon who had ZERO customer service skills and acted as if I NEEDED them when in all actuality this business is in existence because of the customers. Shannon refused to accommodate my reasonable request, and I ended our phone call. Minutes later she left me a voicemail saying I have 48 hours to clear out the storage unit.
    She had ZERO CLUE who was threatening because in the state of Georgia. Georgia House Bill *** states Termination of lease notice must be through verified mail and allow 14 days to vacate. (Thanks Governor Kemp & Sponsors).
    I didn't want to deal with Shannon or the business since I saw she added "security concerns" on her bogus threat letter, I wanted to be left alone and my belongings undisturbed as I vacated at the end of the month that I paid for.
    I DO NOT recommend anyone to store or do business at moody road storage- you'll end up moody having to deal with this headache. Order a storage shed from costco and the black & yellow bins or simply purge the access items and invest the extra cash.

    Thank you for sharing your experience. I’m sorry to hear that you felt your concerns were not addressed adequately. Our policy regarding stickers on locks is in place for security reasons, but I understand how it could be frustrating.
