      Cricket customer service is the worse. I had a line transfered to another account and the person I spoke to put the $12.00 activation fee on my orginal account and then she moved the number to a new account but did not move the $12.00 so they shut off my lines and will not waive the reactivation fee eventhough it was the the customer service *** that made the error. So because of her mistake I have to pay the price.

      My elderly friend used Cricket. Her phone quit working. After work, she drove 45 minutes to the *************** The workers would not assist her nor sale her a phone stating that it was too close to closing time. For reference, it was 10 minutes to closing. My friend, who is a single female, then had to spend the night alone without anyway to contact anyone. Like a good citizen, she worked the next day meaning 2 days and night without a phone. I called the *************** and the manager stated, "I don't know what happened. I wasn't here." He offered no apologies and no solution. Calling the customer service line was unfruitful as you have to enter your pin. The pin cannot be obtained because the ******************** phone will not work. Both ******** and ****************** managers stated that they had no way to contact corporate in order to assist with the complaint. If I could rate Cricket as a zero for standards, morals, customer service, and transparency.... I would.

      This company has poor customer service and supervisors are even worse . No one addressed the issue they blame it on the customer.. no help solving an issue what so ever ..worst company ever..

      I was harassed by a cricket agent who spammed me with messages after I got off a call. Receiving over 40 messages in a period of three minutes. I believe that is harassment and will be reaching out to my attorney, thank goodness my employer pays for perks of an attorney! I will be leaving cricket and have been with them for over 12 yrs I have recommended them I even got my family to sign up who initially did not want to. Farewell cricket! You will be hearing from an attorney regarding the harrasing messages sent by one of your agents.

      Rude customer service, very unimpressed. Tried their service in thoughts of switching all our service. No way the adults could switch with such awful customer service. Would never give them my business lines.

      If there was a half star, I would reluctantly leave that. This company has repeatedly hit my familys account with fees, fees, fees. They do NOT send any type of notification that your monthly service renews in X number of days, but immediately send one letting you know that your service has been suspended. When asked why they do not send a text or email notification, they gloss over the question or say its because the phone is set up improperly or some such. Really? Come on you guys. You love to get that $5 fee, the additional payment fee. Every month for 3 months, they have turned a $55 phone bill into an $80 bill with no changes to their dishonest practices. We have stayed our 6th month in order to get the iPhone unlocked to another carrier and goodbye Cricket Wireless. I cant imagine these folks staying in business much longer. Dishonest business practices are a guaranteed way of destroying a business and the day these guys arent around, the better off many people will be. Its so much easier to be honest in business than it is to take advantage of people. STAY FAR AWAY FROM CRICKET WIRELESS!!!

      Lied to my face about plans they offer on there website. Told me they didn't offer the plan but I could call and have cricket change to that plan after I started service with them just to find out I couldn't. Tried to do a yearly plan the offer on website and they said I had to sign up thought them and buy service and change it by calling helpline which was false.

      They literally just stole my payment didnt add it to my account when asked to speak to a supervisor he hung up in my face. They literally kept all my money. N refused to put it on my bill.

      Second time I've delt with service being down for more than 5 days at home. The compliants I've made have disappeared and every representative I have spoken to has no record of any of my compliants. They have a nerve to not issue a credit either because when I go to work I can use my phone. Work is 30 miles from my home!

      Cricket cut my phone off before Midnight when I had until Midnight to pay my bill. They also are saying I owe a totally different amount. I paid $25 on my bill which brung my bill to $52. All of a sudden they are saying I owe the full amount not deducting my $25
