      Cricket is the worst phone company I have ever dealt with. They have been over charging me for 2 years. They are not a good company.

      I recently terminated my contract with Cricket Wireless. When I went to inquire about a refund credit, for usage already paid for but did not use, I was told I could not receive a refund. They told me that when I originally signed up for service, I was told it was a prepaid account, and it was specified on my receipt. Well, I do have my receipt, but because it's so old, it's illegible. I do not remember what was said to me at purchase, which happened about 10 years ago. I had payment auto-debited out of my checking account and never defaulted on payment. I am disgusted with what transpired. If I knew that this would happen, I would have never signed up for service with them. Now I am out money and have no recourse. BUYER BEWARE! Always inquire about refunds or credits due upon termination of service.

      They have falsely advertised within their policy. It states on, https://www.cricketwireless.com/support/orders-and-activations/returns-and-exchanges.html, that if you have 7 days to return an item and they actually give you an example on their website. An associate and her manager at the store ******* Park at ******************** called the cops on me when tried to get a refund on the 7th day telling me that the refund policy had ended the day before. I purchased my item on July 1, 2022, at 3:01 pm. I went in to return the item at approximately 12:00 pm on, July 8, 2022. Their refund policy clearly states that if the item is purchased in-store on, for example, February 1, 2022, then, 7 Calander days would be the end of the day on, February 8, 2022. They would not give me a refund and they called the cops on me.
