Even though we knew they were pretty much fake when broadcasting after watching on of their broadcasts where the reporter was having a hard time standing due to the tremendous about of wind...then a couple walked by not having any trouble walking at all, we live in ** so we thought we would get it. It was not real expensive. Now we have U ******* and it is one of their stations. So we want to cancel. We can't get in contact with anyone to do this. I sent an email to them with no results. Sent another one today. If it is not removed shortly I will cancel the Credit Card they are billing. I called the CC company last month with the same response. The CC company refuses to cease billing me.

auto renewal.....ok they got me for several years. i had ordered the Weather Channel on Roku, and apparently several years ago also started this one too ...i think i thought it was the Weather Channel. . they said they sent me an e mail, stating they were going to auto renew my subscription. i thought it was the weather Channel.... it wasnt..... auto renewed on June 30th, called them July 2nd when i realized it was not the Weather Channel. No refund, no pro rated partial refund. ok. they got me. also stated they have millions of customers.....i bet many dont know they are on eternal autopay..... i dont think i logged on once in several years.. i wish auto renew renewal required action on my part to OK the purchase. not auto endless renewals......ranting, i know. but i am calling the BBB and my credit card company as well. auto renewals on any site should require a response from the customer. no response should not be a response.

Hi ***, Thanks for taking the time to contact us. After you spoke with our agent, we reviewed your account and we did issue you a refund, it may take several days to reflect on your account. Like most subscriptions, the auto renew has become an industry default. We do send an email 30 days prior to the renewal as a reminder to give users the opportunity to manage their accounts as needed. We hope that the latest interactions you have had with our team have been positive and your issue resolved to your satisfaction. Thanks again!

How can a company that is wrong more than they are right not have to provide a disclaimer saying that the information they provide is more likely to be wrong/false.Someone could walk outside each day and provide more accurate weather guessing each day then this scammer company does. They are not even close to being 50% correct. How can they just keep scamming people left and right with information that is almost always WRONG!!!!

WORST WEBSITE ON THE INTERNET!GET RID OF YOUR STUPID "NON-RELATED-WEATHER" VIDEOS/ADS and JUST GIVE PEOPLE THE WEATHER, and then MAYBE your site would WORK, instead of this CONSTANT MESSAGE: "ACCESS DENIED" BULLSHIT! Are your CEO grads of PRESCHOOL LEVEL!? ....or are you REALLY that INCOMPETENT by nature???

Those of us clicking on the weather channel on our smart phones need to file a class action law suit or something because When you are in the app and tap on any weather you want to see like say tomorrow or the radar, It then takes you to your web browser for the weather channel and then once there you have to be interrupted with the opt in or opt out for your personal information to be sold or not. It is my opinion and belief that A ONE time click do not sell my information should be all that is needed however if you later clear your browsing history in full that deletes the aforementioned opting out and you will have to do it all over again or risk them selling your personal information. This is unlawful in my opinion. Out of the 100s of times I checked my weather if I missed one time of not opting out well then I guess I am out of luck my information has probably been sold. This is illegal in my opinion. I should only have to tell them ONE TIME, DO NOT SELL MY PERSONAL INFORMATION. That should be all that is needed. It should then be recorded and I should not be bothered with it ever again. Again if you opt out and then later clear your history you end up having to re opt out over and over again every time history on your browser is cleared. The only reason I have not yet done this as a complaint is because I do not know if it is in any litigation and that is one of the questions to answer when filing a complaint. So I've done this review instead.

I wouldn't leave them one star the decline of mental decline and moral character has been finally tossed out the window long ago. The say things on national television in common every day jargon that sounds absolute perverted. Just yesterday the woman said to ******* ***** it to me ******** and Jordan ************ do you want to hear it." I would be humiliated if I was watching this network with any group of family members it almost sounds like soft adult entertainment. They make it look obvious that they are all married and what appears to be swingers because of their ****** inappropriate relationship on screen.
