    I bought an Altima with greenway a year ago. Paid for an extended warranty (1 warranty), once I traded the ****** in a year later I printed the required paper work to regain the money spent on the extended warranty only to find out I was charged for 2 totaling over $4,200. When I called the finance manager *** I was told I would receive a check from the bank in the amount $1475 in 4-6 weeks. Its going on 5 months now. Every time I call the dealership *** isnt available and that he would call me back. Never calls back. I have to call a separate department and be transferred to him to get an answer. We have been getting the blame game during this whole process. *** reached out to the attorney generals office and to Nissan corporate for answers and currently speaking with Nissan regional to help resolve this issue. They state you are getting an extended warranty through Nissan but you are actually getting a 3rd party company called AWS out of ********. You cannot get ahold of them as well. This dealership is scamming citizens out of their hard earned money and needs to be stopped. The way they are treating their customers and military members is downright unsat. ******* has recommended that I get legal counsel and take action on this dealership. Beware of this company

    I was pre approved for up to *****, so the vehicle was only 20888.So I went in to test drive it.So he salesman and the manager came to me with a sheet that had on there with **** down my payments would be 685 for 72 months.I told them that 4**** and then they told me my credit wasn't good.then with 0 down my payments 865 for 72 months. That's almost ***** .This place is not legit they scam they lie.How do they want people to do business with them,if they are lying about prices and payments.I wouldn't want nobody to experience that terrible service that I did.Stop taking advantage of people money,and time.

    RUN away from this place as quickly as you CAN! Trusting these people while purchasing a new Nissan Titan was a mistake. The dealership uses electronic signatures and documents in finance ~ I got home and printed the information located on the thumb drive they provided and it included TWO service contracts that were NEVER discussed at ALL PERIOD~total for the two are $4,148.00. The only warranty item discussed was how great the 2023 TITAN warranty was, as it has a bumper to bumper 5 year ******* miles. *** on earth would anyone have approved/signed anything adding warranty with this excellent MFG warranty (the sales person boasted about this multiple times) ~ they're straight up stealing from people and sliding things past you using this electronic document system.! I've made multiple attempts to resolve this and can't even get a call back. The sales person states he sales car deals not financing and finance won't return your calls. They're just playing the blame game and nothing has been done. Their advice was to cancel it in 60 days which will be pro-rated. I love my new Titan, but take my advice and stay away from this place. Scammers 100 percent! Check the BBB where I'm also reporting them and report the same if you've had this happen to you at this horrid stealership. Small claims court is my next stop with these thieves! *********************, Georgia

    Brought a new 2021 in 2021, September 3. Ac wasnt working the first day. Due to Covid couldnt get the car serviced until September 26, 2021. My key wasnt registering with the car they tried to make me buy a battery. The breaks was scrubbing, the sensor on the car wasnt picking up. Let them know of all the issues they didnt check for leaks. Two weeks later after the service my ac stop working again and also my heater was getting hot . I have taken the car back more than three times and requested a replacement they denied it and tried to give me two months of car payments. I went a year now and my car still isnt fixed and i havent been able to travel because the defrost doesnt work so I couldnt drive in the rain or when it gets cold. The customer service is rude. Its my second go around and my other car had to get the transmission fixed, a new belt, the switch shift fixed. This is my second bad experience and Nissan refuses to fix the issues because I brought the car because of its luxury.

    I can honestly say if you are looking to be scammed and lied to this is then Green way Nissan of Brunswick is the place. I saw a vehicle I liked which was a used certified Nissan kicks and inquired about it. I was contacted on August 27th and was given a price for the vehicle of ****** which is what i saw on the website. then was told they had new kicks for a cheaper price at $ ****** and had a special until the end of this month with zero money down and no payments for three months. I was then asked if I could come in that day I stated i could not get there till Saturday. turns out I was able to go on Saturday after I got off work so I made the drive *************************************************************** to let him know I was on the way. once I got to the dealer i was greeted by the person I was told to ask for when I got there so I did. He came out shook my hand and told me he was with another customer at the time and put me with another person. The bottom line the price of the vehicle was $30.000 I said that is not what i was told and was given this price $21.500 and that the special offer i was told about. She flat out told me that it was the person's job to get customers in the door. So they lie and scam people by giving the internet price and once you get there it's not at all what that price is. this is an unethical business practice and lies and a scam. how can they quote you one price and when you get there it's not at all the price you were quoted. This dealership has no business being in business scamming people in this way and I will be sure to tell and report this to every outlet I can. Something really needs to be done about this unethical business and its practices. they are scammers in all sense of the word. Please I am asking that a full investigation be done here at this dealership. Do what you need to act like a customer inquire about a vehicle and see what happens. i am telling you, You will see what I mean when you arrive at the place
