Took my car in for routine maintenance which included oil change, tire rotation on March 10. However, less than a month has passed and one day returning home the car began to smoke. Had a mechanic checked out the car and there was no oil in the car and all the additional fluids were empty. Returned to Nissan and was told management was unable and they would call me back. I received a call from management after explained the issue I was told the next visit would be free and they would check into who worked on the car. However, I don’t need service for next time I come in I need the problem to be resolved and handled.

The repair order provided by Mrs. ***** is dated March 10, 2025. She subsequently visited our service department on April 2, 2025, for a latch repair campaign. However, at that time, none of the concerns outlined in her complaint were brought to our attention.
To accurately assess the vehicle's condition, an inspection would be required to determine the source fluid loss, including those potentially caused by external factors such as road hazards. We encourage Mrs. ***** to contact our service department to obtain pricing information and schedule an appointment for evaluation.
Additionally, based on our records and assessment, we do not find grounds for a refund. If Mrs. ***** has any further questions, she is welcome to reach out to General Manager *** at ***** ******** for assistance.

I am rejecting this response because: I spoke with ******* about the issue upon which he as well as another manager called me and apologized for the issue of oil not being in the car and was advised I can bring it back for a free service this has nothing to do with the recall for the latch.

January 15, 2025 visit dealership after finding a car advertised online for $34,989. This was the advertised price displayed for January 15 for that day. I only recall seeing a number of 35,000 on an I only recall seeing a number of 35,000 on a document thinking that was the price of the car rounded up a penny and it was the price of the vehicle .
We were only given a flash drive and were told to keep up with this. It’s very important and my wife said I can’t use this. Please print the documents off today. He said they were out of printer paper. She made numerous attempts throughout the past five weeks going by there until yesterday February 19 we finally given the full documents and we were shocked She’s 67 I’m 71 . we told the sales person we do not want to speak with anyone in finance because we had own payment. We didn’t tell her how much yet but we had saved up $15,000. We are not wealthy we’re elderly, but we had tried tobe careful with our money The sales person wrote a few things out on a piece of paper which seemed reasonable price of vehicle tax tag title and kind of dealer fee or it ended up being $41,000. They had instantly added $5000 to the price of the car just that day! Now after at least six in person visits by my wife 10 or 15 emails phone calls my driving 70 miles one way from work on three different occasions.to talk with the after finding out what have been added to the contract without our knowing our or understanding what had happened-would’ve never signed or agreed to these things over $10,000 of add-ons warranty service contracts paint protection appearance, enhancement, crazy things we were shocked only after opening a letter from the finance company did we see we were charged $50,031 for the car when undisclosed fees add-ons warranties, stuff we never knew about it ended up being a shock and on adding $5000 price of the car. We feel we have been wronged and five weeks later no reasonable resolution. We need help resolve reasonably.

I purchased a vehicle from Greenway Nissan Brunswick, ** in the end of December 2023. I agreed to finance the vehicle because they were willing to offer me a lower selling price if I financed. I put $7,000 down and was supposed to finance $19,500 for a total selling price of $26,500.The guy in finance "made an error" and put a maintenance package and extended warranty onto my financed amount which I never wanted because that's absurd. If I wanted an extended warranty I would pay for it separately. He proceeded to put all of that in my financed amount, had me sign vague things on a tablet, and then handed me a flash drive and told me I was good to go. I was never told my rate or months financed or anything. I didn't find the details until I was able to go home and pull it up from the flash drive. I immediately went back the following day to tell them to take the extras off. They said they would....I have been back to that dealership at least 8 times now, stopping in when I can to check on the progress. We sit at 6 months now that is still hasn't been resolved, even after they sent the cancellation form in a second time assuring me it would be done in a week. At this point I have to assume that they are jerking me around and holding my title hostage.

I purchased a car from Greenway Nissan in March 2021. I wound up purchasing an extended warranty with it. February 24,2024 i traded in the 2021 Nissan Sentra in, and the middle of March, i took whatever info i needed, to cancel the extended warranty. I have been trying to get in touch with someone from the dealership, to give me an update, but to no avail, nobody has contacted me back. I even asked for the corporate office number so i can reach out to them myself. We are waiting for this money back, to put down on another vehicle.

I purchased a 2020 Honda Civic Sport on 03/26/24. I financed the vehicle for a total of $27,253.58 after a down-payment of $2,000.00. The vehicle price listed on their online posting said $20,999.00, however my purchase agreement lists the vehicle, before fees, as $22,100.00. The finance manager did not discuss pricing differences before I signed the paperwork on a tablet device. Had I seen an itemized agreement beforehand, I would have questioned it. I originally did not want GAAP insurance, however the finance manager talked to me into it by saying I would not be charged anything extra. I asked him to verify that I was hearing that correctly, as it seemed too good to be true. After reviewing my purchase agreement the following day, there was a GAAP insurance fee of $1,200.00 added on to my loan. Also, the flash drive he gave me only included my Purchase Agreement and the Retail Odometer Statement, nothing else. I also noticed additional fees that were not discussed with me prior to signing. They added "AVC Appearance Protection" for $1,829.00 and "AWS Maintenance" fees for $1,300.00. I never asked for them nor were they ever offered to me to accept or deny. I called the finance department on 3/27/24 and was told that the GAAP insurance would be removed, but the maintenance fees were charges carried over to the buyer for work done to the vehicle prior to purchase. The finance company I have my auto loan through called on 04/09/24 to verify my application and it became clear that the dealership lied on my application and to me regarding the fees. They put on my loan application that I made double the gross income that I actually make and that I am a manager at my place of employment. I was also told that the "AWS Maintenance" fee was optional and I have the right to cancel. I've tried contacting the finance manager and he does not answer the phone and his voicemail is full so I can't leave a message with anyone except the receptionist.

I purchased a car 3/10/2024 from Greenway Nissan in Brunswick Ga. The purchase price I signed and agreed to was $32,000.00. I didnt receive paperwork for the car but received a thumb drive. When I opened the thumb drive at my work computer, I was horrified to see that they had not only increased the sales price to $35,200.00 but all of the fees they added had the final price of the car to be $47,448.58. I went back to return the car yesterday and they wouldnt take it back. They told me to call the general manager today so I did and he wont return my calls. I did record my 45 minute conversation with them yesterday.

I reached out to **************** yesterday because the $5000.00 charge is still pending.  They had still not heard from Nissan to refund that fee so that's the only thing I'm waiting on. The manager there said if it goes through he would write me a check but it would take weeks.  I don't trust that he will make it easy for me to get that money back given the shadiness and problems I have already had with them.  In fact the way they are doing business I will be shocked if they even stay in business.

The Greenway Company has stated that it has cancelled the guarantees extended in the month of November 2023. The ** bank, which financed me the remaining value, says it has not received a check from the greenway company. the ** bank receives these checks within a maximum period time. To two months, it's been almost 6 months since I requested the cancellation.
    Purchase price $40,913.60
    Amount Paid $24,800
Amount in Dispute:$ 6,378 (total for all the warranties) check to be sent to the bank, once the bank receives the check my extended warranties will be cancelled, and once that happens my debt will be less by the $6,378 I will then owe the bank less. I do not want the warranty.
I have spoken to the bank and they have confirmed they have not received the check it's been 5 months and I have yet to get the business to send the bank the payment.
I need the business to send me (finance department) to please send to my email address, the confirmation that they have taken action.

    OCTOBER 25, 2022
Took my ****** ***** there at the recommendation of ********* in ********* to get my alternator fixed. Was met at the door by a salesman **** ********. I believe he mislead, deceived and took advantage my state distressed state of homelessness, to make a quick sale, setting me up with a $30,000 loan for a 2022 ***** ******* convincing me it would be the better way to go since it had lower milage and I wouldn't have to worry about being on the street without a car, and could continue to be able to do the doordash part time. That was my only income or finances. he never asked for proof of income. I don't know what he told the lender and how I could qualifiy for a $30,000 loan when I already owed $20,000 on my Nissan I brought in to get fixed and made maybe $650 a month. He then drove my ****** ***** to the Super ******* in **********, took the plates off and told me to call my lender to say I can't make the payments anymore. I thought that didn't seem right, so I asked him and he said that is fine, ppl do it all the time and my credit score would only go down 50 points. I found out he left out the part that I would still owe the entire loan balance! He also told me he could tell by driving my car the transmission was going out. An Attorney I talked to in Wisconsin said that that was not an ethical business practice on **** part, to dump a car like that and set it up to look as it was of my own doing so he wouldn't face any ramifications for deceit. And I was never able to permantely plate or register the ***** ******* they sold me either .No DMV in Georgia or Wisconsin ever received or wanted to keep the information needed to plate and register the car. An Attorney questioned if there was a problem with the VIN number of the car. I filed a fraud investion with **** the lender and the Greenway Nissan had to buy back the ***** ******* and come to Wisconsin to get it. I have no car now which is currently affecting my ability to maintain employment.

     Complaint: ********

I am rejecting this response because: Mr **** ******** deceived and took advantage of a doctor diagnosed ment**** disabled distressed individual to make a sale for himself knowing that she already owed $20,000 on the car she brought to be fixed. Mr **** ******** was completely aware that she had very low income and neglected her request to fix the *****, saying it had lots of things wrong with it and that the transmission was about to go out convincing her to buy something else.  Mr ******** did not have her car taken in to their service department for the alternator to be fixed. Instead, he drove her car to ******* and left it there.

Although Greenway Nissan purchased back the vehicle that Mr **** ******** deceived her into thinking she could afford this does not get him off the hook for knowingly setting her up to be in $20,000 debt without her *****, nor does it get him off the hook for neglecting to have her alternator fixed in the service department as she had requested upon entering the store.

My name is ******* ******* and I and my husband bought a 2017 ***** ****** from Greenway Nissan Brunswick Ga on Sept 9, 2022
Had it about a day and it broke down on me with my grandchildren with me in the car!! It had to be towed back to the dealership. A few days later they said it was gonna be a while for my car to be ready so I insisted on a loaner car while I wait on it. They gave me a loaner **** ******* convertible that a few days later broke down in me twice. Minor stuff but twice in a few days. Took it back after too wouldn’t go up and they gave me a ***** Charger to drive that also broke down on the way home just a few hours after getting it. Then they sent me home with a New ***** Charger for the hassle. Then about a couple weeks later told me to come get my car it was ready. So drive two hours to pick it up. Had it four days 4 days and it started running extremely HOT wouldn’t hold water and it was coming out the tailpipe so we called them told them it needed to be picked up, they said no drive it to us and we will check it out. So we took it back and they ran one test on it and said it tested fine but we needed to take it to a ***** dealership filled five gallon jugs in our trunk and sent us away with the car. My husband is a ex mechanic and told them it was a blown head gasket they said we have to take it to a ***** dealership period so we left to go take it there and we’ll it broke down on the way. Blew up!! Called the dealership again told them what was happening they said we , yes us has to have it towed to the ***** dealership so we paid $500 to have it towed to ****** ***** ***** on Altantic to eventually find out it was blown the motor was blown. I notified everyone at the dealership everyone non stop and basically was told it’s not their problem. Granted 1: they added three different warranties on the vehicle that we had no clue they added. 2: the $17,000 turned out to be 29,000 when we got our paperwork nothing was as agreed. 3: they put the car in my name with me not having no ga is no ga drivers Lise be no ga address and no income since 2007. none. They fraudulently lied about it all. Tried at that point to get them to just cancel the whole contract and issue our refund and they laughed at me. I tried so many times to get them to make it right with no response back. Everyone stopped talking to me at that point. So I called the finance company and sent all this info , all the text, all the voicemails, all the receipts, all the fraud and told them where to pickup the car!! I wasn’t paying another dime. Not even make the first payment yet. I also sent them all the BBB reviews on this dealership and all the fraud that they are doing to fiancé company’s and to people mostly our military in the Kings Bay Area. Look it up on the reviews. I stuck to my word and left it there. Everyone was told where the car was and to pick it up at that point. After nine months of dealing with the finance company the Contract was CANCELED AND THE CAR PAID IN FULL. CLEARED!! It was canceled back dated the day it was signed like it didn’t even happen. Now the general manager name ** ordered the accountants to NOT REFUND MY DEPOSIT. If the contract was voided and cancelled who has my deposit who?? Pocketed it. $3000 they are keeping and lieing about. I have major health problems and have missed so many appointments and treatments with my specialist and my drs because of not having transportation. In top of that due to the stress of it all my husband had a minor stroke and been out of work for 4 months with no pay. If you look up the reviews on BBB and their websites you will see they are screwing a lot of people innocent people a lot of military families. I was told they have 150 lawsuits going on and “good luck to me”

General Manager ** spoke to **** ******* regarding her down payment and purchase, prior to this complaint.  In short, the customer was unresponsive during the finance process, ignored and did not return our calls.  Our dealership was left with no option but to hire a retrieval and tow company to search for the vehicle, which took many months to locate. Any additional questions please contact GM *****l at ***** ******** option **
