Per my research ALLIED CAPITAL MANAGEMENT is a debt collector falsely attempting to collect a debt that isn't theirs. I have requested that ALLIED CAPITAL MANAGEMENT provide proof of alleged items. I request to be provided with specifically the original application, contract, note, or another instrument bearing my signature with ALLIED CAPITAL MANAGEMENT. In addition please provide the contract signed between ******************************* notarized and sworn under penalty and perjury for ALLIED CAPITAL MANAGEMENT ability to collect this alleged debt.I request this under 15 U.S. Code 1692g - Validation of debts. If information is not provided or the false reporting isnt removed; as in Wenger ** ****************** No. 95-6445 (C.D.Cal. No** 14,1995), you may be liable for your willful non-compliance. Credit reporting laws ensure that bureaus report only 100% accurate credit information. Every step must be taken to assure the information reported is completely accurate and correct. The following information therefore needs to be reinvestigated.I further remind you that, as in White ** Experian Information Solutions, 993 F. Supp. 2d 1154 - Dist. Court, (CD California 2014); you may be liable for violating the Fair Credit Reporting Act (FCRA) by recklessly failing to follow reasonable procedures to ensure the accurate reporting of debts discharged in bankruptcy and by refusing to adequately investigate consumer disputes regarding the status of discharged accounts.Please send all validating records through the BBB and certified mail to my address. I have uploaded a copy of my ID showing my mailing address.

Good Afternoon!
This debtor has a debt with ***** (Lease To Own) EXP GLOBAL owns the account and we are the debt collection agency collecting on EXP GLOBAL behalf. We are under a contract with EXP GLOBAL to collect on there behalf. We sent her an email on 01/09/2024 regarding this account on the date the account was placed with us. On 02/13 she emailed back Do Not Contact. We then removed her phone number and email address. We then closed the account out of our office and returned the account back to EXP GLOBAL on 02/13/2023. This account is currently closed and not longer in our office.
