    The individuals who work for this company are so rude and basically tell you that you are lying. They will call several times a day telling my husband he is late on his payment! I have payments coming out of my account which I provided to them screenshots; however, they claim they did not receive them. And, that they were declined. They are utilizing a card number that is no longer active. They do not want to work with you at all.

    None of this is true . She declined on all the payments and we called her one time a day till she went crazy on us and we had to block her from contacting us. We have provided her with the declines. We have closed the account and returned it our client due to non-payment.

    This is one of the most rude collection companies I have ever encountered. Outside of the way they talk on the phone they call SO OFTEN. Not only did I tell them to stop calling my workplace (I work in a 911 dispatch center so they were taking time away from citizens that actually had an emergency) it took me telling them at least twice to stop calling my work. They also call incessantly. I know there are rules and regulations in place for these kids of things by they called me 4 times in a 3 minute time span. This happens every single time they call me, they call at least 4 times usually in 5-10 mins. Then of course they have poor attitude when talking on the phone.
