    Excellent customer support , ****** in tech support is very knowledgeable and was a great help in diagnosing my specific module problems. They also rebuilt the instrument cluster for pixel problems, fast service followed by up to date emails/texts as the units passed through their system.

    The process was great and I like the step by step notifications in the process getting it back. But I have to call you back as this morning my lights came back on for the *** only. Everything else is looking good.

    I could not find a replacement *** module for my 2009 **** F150 anywhere and finally discovered Upfix. It was a seamless process, from shipping it to them to getting back. My mechanic installed it and all the trouble codes are gone and the *** system works as it should. Thanks for all your help..!!

    This company, *********/Upfix.com, is not reputable. The BBB spent 15 yrs telling them to stop using the BBB logo on their site without being a member, it did no good, and now UpFix is a member as of 2022. I cant believe the BBB has given them an "A" rating. I filed a BBB complaint against UpFix with no results, since the don't have to respond. UpFix website is a pretty piece of work. They supposedly rebuild appliance components, like the display on your oven or microwave. They are all assurances until you send them the part, they fiddle with it a bit and charge you $157. It does not say "we can fix it if this is broken, but not if this is broken". If the technician says it works good enough for him, you can kiss your money goodbye. They do not state on the website that if you want a refund you have to provide them with a receipt for the new part or if someone else rebuilds it. That is illegal as far as I know. Their **************** would rather argue with you then get results. So I would NOT say that I was 100% satisfied, as their site states 100% satisfaction guarantee and I am out $157 with no recourse to get a refund.
