    My experience at the ********, ** location has been quite frustrating. It started with my first appointment on September 13, 2024, when the technician arrived 20 minutes late, casually eating food, resulting in a delayed start. Although he was skilled and offered two free sessions as compensation for his tardiness, the delay was ************** my second appointment with another technician, I waited 25 minutes past the scheduled time while the technician joked around with others in front of me, prompting me to leave. After I left, I received a call to come back, and the manager addressed my concerns and offered another two free sessions.On September 27, I attempted to cancel an appointment, only to be surprised by a $10 no-show fee. Later, on October 4, I had a medical appointment that ran over, so I called to explain and reschedule. I was given a new appointment for the same time and date that I was canceling but with another technician.When I visited on October 23 to schedule, I was told nothing was available until November 1, but I later discovered an open slot online for October 29 at 7 AM. I received a confirmation email changing it to October 30, then later I got a text correcting it back to October 29.Upon arriving for this 7 am appointment, I had to wait past the scheduled time again while the technician cleaned the restroom, while the other technician sat at the front desk. This session was the worst in terms of performance, felt more like an unskilled child, tapping and rubbing on me, rather than a professional treatment for muscle relief.Ultimately, I've decided not to continue my business with this company, yet no one from management has responded to my request to cancel my service contract, I've been waiting three days. While none of these issues are life-altering individually, they collectively reflect a consistent disregard for me, and my time as a customer. I would only recommend this location to those who do not prioritize their time.
