    Beware of this popular scam!!Crunch fitness has all the equipment to work out, but dont pay for the extra. I did, and I cant count how many times I have driven there to tan, only to find out that the internet is AGAIN down, therefore, I cannot tan or use any other feature that I pay extra for. And its 68* outside and clear, sunny skies. I just canceled this morning and he told me its their policy to charge you another month even though I canceled the month before! And said, but you can still use the gym for that month! I cant even use the gym for what I want now!!! And you want to charge me again for NEXT month??!!! Thats a SCAM!!! And you cannot contact anyone in the entire company by phone. Only email!! And the people behind the desk are clueless to help you!!! Like I said, its a very popular SCAM!!!! PLEASE BEWARE!!

    My son has been over charged of $183.00 plus dollars they have never reimburse my son as they over charge them until now they said it was in process to refund but no refund on my son account at all.* I have account with them too, as we signed up for 3 of us in our family, I call them to speak a manager and they never let me speak to a manager because the manager is busy, operator told me the manager will call me back, and never did. I want to cancel my membership months and months passed by they ring me a balance of $166.18, for the months that I did not pay and did not use gym many months since 2023, This gym is crooked. You can't even speak with the manager to cancel your membership, as you have to go in person to cancel your membership that is crappy.I would not recommend this gym at all.
