Used power recliner 3 years. Liked it. Then it broke. Main pivot pin on back sheared off. Other side bent. Had 5 year warranty for $150. Their service is useless, won't call back, don't know what they're talking about, one month wait for service call - maybe. I may burn it and buy another brand.

I purchased my Lazy Boy in **** and now have a broken spring that needs to be replaced. I recalled when I purchased it that it came with a Life-Time Warranty and that helped make the sale. I called and was told that the only warranty they have is one dated **** and as far as they can tell there is no record of a predated warranty. I was told I would have to pay $175 an hour to have my furniture repaired. Horrible and unacceptable the original warranty should be available and I should not be required to keep it in order to prove that I had one.

I am very disappointed with the LA Z BOY product I bought seven months ago . Very poor quality materials and workmanship for the price I paid for TROUPER Sectional $8,979.00. I am afraid to use reclining chairs , because they look fragile. Today the mechanism broke on one seat even though it was never used. I will never buy another furniture from them.

We just purchased a Lazy-Boy reclyner chair SKU: ************ in **********, ** off Federal Hwy. and the chair cushion is very comfortable. However, we found interior nails puncturing the leather material on the side of the chair and all the springs from the bottom and base are also making weird sounds. We payed too much money for this reclyner to have so much manufacturing defects. Now we have to get service on the chair and hopefully it's an easy fix. One thing I do have to say, their delivery service is white glove. **** and ****** were our delivery guys and they definitely showed their white glove delivery. They put a blue mat infront of the entrance and padded the frame door entrance. Too bad Lazy-Boy's Quality Control can't do the white glove quality control to check all products are in perfect condition before it's delivered.

We bought a lazy boy recliner in Oct of 2021. 3 weeks ago the left side gave way (separated from the body of the recliner). ITS CHIP BOARD!!!! We had purchased the extended warranty, called almost 3 weeks ago, told to send pictures, the serial number ect. No one has been sent out. They are waiting for a tech. Blah blah. We sent pictures, we did all we were told. I have followed up 2 times. Very unsatisfied with there service. Was told they receive "millions" of claims every day. So that is supposed to make me feel better LMAO, no. We had a flexsteel recliner prior to this, but the springs went. But it was METAL. NOT CHIP BOARD!!

purchased a ******* sofa from Lazyboy *************** 1/2020 the center cushion is separating. Per ****************** customer service mgr. warranty is expired, and I would need to pay for repair parts and labor. This is poor workmanship and poor quality. Tried to blame ** for sitting on the sofa incorrectly isn.t that what a sofa is used for?! Do NOT buy anything from Lazyboy or this franchise in Atlanta / ************ or *********

I paid $650 for a 7 year warranty and it doesnt cover wear - only accidental damage. Total waste of money. After 4 years, the leather has worn right through twice in the same area and it is not covered.

Constant delays, poor communication and service from the local store, pieces needed immediate customer service which may or may not arrive in a timely fashion. So disappointing.

Furniture arrived 10 months after purchase. Broken and torn. Sent it away. Arrived 1 month later. Lumbar support broke in first week in both sides of couch. Repair folks only come on the schedule they give and do not answer phone to reschedule. Messages left are ignored. Have had to go through store manager and still no help. Strings hanging off several seams. Charging boxes disconnect easily. Charging box has needed to be repaired twice in first 6 months. Remotes fail to keep working and pairing them only seems to hold for about a month at a time. Presets always revert to original setting so they are useless. Reclining couch and loveseat leg portion is not getting all the way up. Sofas are very hard and you can feel the wood and lumbar supports underneath your lower back, rear end and legs. Plus they are so heavy thet are impossible to move when you need to get to the charging box to reconnect. I HATE that I will be paying on these for 3 years because it is the worst furniture I have ever owned. I dont even think it will last that long. What an absolute racket. The quality is nonexistent! Lazboy should be ashamed.
