      I bought a loveseat and couch in 2020. The couch is already horrible. La-z-boys materials and other stuff isnt as good as it use to be. We have holes in the back of the couch they wont replace them and we have one had this couch since August 2020. As expensive as this furniture is I expect it to last for more than 2 years and 9 months.

      Spent 2k on a custom upholstered Duo-reclining chair less than 2 years ago. It is a very occasional chair so when I first set in it the back springs are loose or broken and left rear sinks back. Contacted store of purchase and spoke with Manager who provided number for customer serve after advising me that we were beyond the one year portion of warranty and that they cover only parts now. I have never been able to speak with a representative at anytime in the months Ive tried calling before finally getting a prompt for our Zip Code that when entered I was told we are not in their service area. At this point we went into the store where we put the chair and spoke to the manager who called the service warranty department and actually connected with a person who could not answer how they intended to remedy our issue but took our number and said we would be contacted, we werent! I tried the 800# given to me again and again couldnt get a live person to answer as I was on hold for over a half hour not once but over a dozen times. The chair is still not repaired and the Lifetime Warranty they are so proud of has been useless as I cannot speak with anyone from their warranty department. The manager who gave me his number and told me to call him if this is resolved or if we need more help has since move to another Lazyboy store and hasnt returned my calls. We have spent thousands of dollars in the past with Lazyboy but no more. We understand we would be responsible for labor but we cant get help even getting parts. They have also stopped once a month delivery to the ******* ** area in the last year as well as service. The suck!

      Poorly made, seams don't align. Sloppy flaps on the material. Service contacted and replacement cushions were no better. Not satisfied with the appearance of this sofa. No response to my complaints and photos.

      Paid top dollar for a lazy boy recliner 3 years ago. The chair broke due to a mechanical issue. It has been two months and I still have a broken chair. I give them a zero for customer service.

      Poorly made sofa and recessed. A reclining section on the soft broke the first time we use it. That took 4 months to repair. The was a tear in the stitching on the recliner footing. After 2 months a replace was sent but it was a different color. It took another 2 months for the correct color foot rest and several weeks of calls to sechefule a service man to make the replacement. The battery for the recliner has been difficult to charge. Not happy with $5,000 purchase.

      We decided to replace our 8 year old La-Z-Boy sectional that we had no issues with just the cushions were wearing out. March 2021 we went shopping for a replacement. **************** at the store was very good. We ordered the sectional which took 8 months to receive. La-Z-Boy didnt keep us updated on the status. Once received the console was damaged took a couple months to get the replacement. The quality of the sectional is horrible and not worth the money we spent and will never buy another La-Z-Boy. The springs make noises, cushions are flat, its uncomfortable, the back of the recliners are lopsided! Im embarrassed when we have company the craftsmanship is horrible!

      Terrible customer service- I waited on hold for hours- was told by recording that They would return my call within 24 hours- never happened. Called daily hoping someone would answer. My new sectional couch - the cushions felt like cement blocks. We called local store several times to order new cushions but were told to contact customer service- our couch is not comfortable- no one wants to sit on it. No one ever answers at customer service- very frustrating..

      Our furniture experience was the worst we have ever had after purchase at LaZBoy ******* **.30% restock fee on very uncomfortable chairs, the floor model was very comfortable. Bait and Switch to a degree.Delivered chairs were leather and stiff, as can happen with leather. However we had 2 days to return. We returned in one day, were charged 30% restock even though we were willing to buy a different type of chairs at same price. Delivery was a nightmare, they tracked mud all over our carpet, excessive mud. They promised to clean carpet. It has been over a month and no one has contacted me to arrange date. The manager was rude and has no customer service skills. Very disappointed. They do not return calls, they are deceving, and lazy. It also took them 14 days to pick up returned chairs after many, many calls. Extremely frustrating and unheard of horrendous service.

      We bought two couches with recliners at each end. The recliners were lever activated. Less than two months after ************ popped a spring and Wouldnt close. Two days later another side did the same thing. We called the store to initiate a work order. Two months later the man shows up looks at the couches and says he has to order the entire mechanism that reclines. Two weeks later he shows up with the parts to fix one side and blames it on the person who orders parts. Now today is 2 weeks later and its still not fixed. Was told it may be another two months. Lazy boy is over rated Ill never buy from them again.
