bought a lift recliner for $2500. The hardest most uncomfortable i ever sat in. My $400 one i got rid of was much better. I bought this one in the ************** store in *******. Its like sitting on rocks.La-Z-Boy

We purchased 2 loveseats and they were junk. They replaced them and the quality is still poor. We have been getting things fixed for over a year. Poor quality and service.La-Z-Boy

Spent 600ea on 2 recliners didn't realize they use air pillows instead of foam cushions now pd 400$ more to get replaced after about 1.5 yrs and now it won't recline want 160+ to come warranty it new stuff is junk ill look at flexsteelLa-Z-Boy

Spent $1,150 on a ******* **** Recliner. Less than a year later the cushion lost all support. The chair is like sitting on a park bench. *** sent a tech to install a 3/4 inch piece of foam under the seat between the spring and the cushion compartment. Made zero difference. Website says 3 Year Warranty on Cushion. They say it is up to their standard so they will do nothing. The Tech did not sit in the chair before or after he put the foam under the chair (not even in the cushion compartment). If I wanted to sit on a wooden bench I would have bought one. ZERO if it was available. Sad to have no support for a major purchase. Our last. Buyer beware. Good store experience. Bad warranty support and customer service is a smoke screen.La-Z-Boy

I ordered a love seat from La-Z-Boy in *******************. It had to be special ordered( I think most of their fabrics do). It was delivered today. After taking a long look at it we think the fabric color looks nothing like the sample we were shown . We had brought photos of our other furniture to the store with us to make sure the color would work.An hour after delivery I called the store because we were hoping to exchange for leather which would have cost us more.The sales person had one questionDid you refuse delivery? I said no we needed time to look over it. Her response was too bad, you are now the proud owners I can understand not being able to get a refund for this order, I dont understand them totally being oblivious to customer service with someone who was prepared to spend additional money.I spent over 30 years in sales of items that cost between $50000 and $1 million. I never have encountered a sales person so out of tune with the concept of customer service.La-Z-Boy

Weve had a LazBoy experience for the books. Ordered our sectional in November, it was delivered 2.5 months later in 2 different colors neither of which were the colors we ordered. After at least a month of trying to get assistance from their customer service we finally got someone to helponly to find out our couch had been discontinued. The representative recommended another couch (that we could not see or sit in in person) and said it was the newer model of our couch and basically the same. It was delivered 2 months later and is nothing like our old couch and has been broken since delivery. That was the end of March. All I want is to return the couch and get a refund and no one will help. This was not the couch we ordered and are so disappointed in the service weve received. Well never buy Laz boy again and will warn everyone away from them. Such a shame, they used to be great.La-Z-Boy

Terrible customer service also my chair recliner is falling apart in less than a year. I will never use lazy boy ever again. They want to charge me for their mistakes. My advice would be go elsewhere they are definitely ripping people off.La-Z-Boy

One of our worst investments from start to finish. We ordered our loveseats and chairs. Then it took forever to get them. After we got the love seat the spring broke. It took forever to get fixed. Then a second spring broke, and this time it took 7 months to get it fixed. Now a third spring broke. This is within 1.5 years. Lets see how this goes. Buyer beware. Stay away from lazyboy products.La-Z-Boy

******* sells better furniture. We spent $2300 (on sale) for a recliner that started sagging after 3 weeks. The *********************************** wasn't interested in hearing our concerns "you need to call our warranty people" The warranty company agreed the back and seat were sagging. They mailed us replacement stuffing and foam and then sent a contractor to install them. The contractor said the foam would not work for the seat problem and ordered us a whole new seat. The middle pocket on the back is just a bag of fiberfill. He replaced that and it was flattening out again within a few days. Shop elsewhere, La-Z-Boy now sells garbage. I wish i could attach a picture of what it looked like after 3 weeks. It looked like a cheap chair that was 3 years old. Also, no store returns on anything after 3 days. Buyer bewareLa-Z-Boy

**** Boy does not care about satisfying their customers. I went to buy a power recliner chair that swivels. When told by the furniture store that the required swivel base is sold separately and would cost a little extra I said fine. Then, they informed me Id have wait about 8 to 12 weeks for the base. Now thats a little outrageous a wait for a simple swivel base. I got **** Boys customer service number from the store and called. I complained about the wait and tried to get them to explain why they couldnt have theses bases a little more available in regional areas to satisfy all demands and I was basically told that they dont and wont do that. When asked dont you care about satisfying your customers I was basically dont, in so many words, we really dont care. Just try to get a ****boy power recliner with a swivel from a store and youll see how bad they are. Dont buy **** Boy.La-Z-Boy
