Bought a couch from La-Z-Boy. Paid extra for the stronger fabric and extra again for stain guard. $2000, for one piece of furniture. Not even 2-years and two cushions have the fabric fibers pulling apart. It would seem that they pulling the fabric so hard and skimped on the overlapping seams that the fabric tension could not withstand a 1-person household sitting on the couch to read/watch TV. I called to have repairs and was told the fabric was discontinued. Did the failure come to their attention and that's why they D/C'd this fabric? I will share my opinion with anyone regarding this bad experience to spare them from buying La-Z-Boy.La-Z-Boy

I recently bought a $3500.00 love seat. The product we received was not the same product we sat on in the store. Our feet did not reach the ground, left side was slanted toward the middle, and the whole piece was stuffed differently than in the store. Explained this to the store and they were almost condescending in their attitude and were quick to show us all the various disclaimers and policies they have...They explained we would need to send it to their service **** for evaluation. They fixed some stuff we sat in it a thought it was ok....After a few weeks the above mentioned issues were still their. The process for returning to be fixed could take months. We were unwilling to wait that long...Talked to several managers and all they did was pull out copies of their policies and paper work with very little concern about us as customers. Just be careful as the ******************** you order may not be the same as the store. Will never purchase another La-Z-Boy product.La-Z-Boy

I would never buy a Lazy Boy product ever again. We purchased a leather sectional and after a few months the leather stitching came apart. Both the left and right arm mechanics broke and the corner section was to low and didn't match the height of the other sections. It has been months since this furniture has been delivered Oct 2023 and we still are having issues getting the pieces repaired. As of today May 2024, one piece has been repaired. This is totally unacceptable but they have NO customer service. I'll go with a Barcalounger before I ever step foot in a Lazy Boy Store again.La-Z-Boy

All products purchased were delivered 5/26/23, under invoice 0408309ZGQS. In February of 2024 the customer reported multiple service concerns / defects needing to be resolved. Our service department dispatched a technician to the residence in order to collect information, and formulate a plan of action. Action was taken under service invoice 0206498BXET that includes 3 units ( of 5 ) to be serviced free of cost under the manufacturers warranty. The service required to resolve the concerns, required new leather parts to be ordered. Once the leather parts arrived on 4/8/24, the customer was contacted and advised that servicing could begin. One of 3 units has been successfully serviced in our ****** service center, and the customer was contacted 5/14/24 to advise of its' return. The other 2 units are being picked up on 5/17/24 for service, which is the same date as the completed unit is being returned. Service is being provided according to the stipulations of the manufacturing warranty, though we are still actively involved in that process.Review fromTony L

Rude Mgr, no follow up, state their systems are subpar and short staffed when we tried to get help with our order. We waited over 4 months for a custom swivel rocker recliner to have it delivered broken! Now they said we cannot get a refund as its against store policy and we must wait 2 weeks for a technician to come and try to fix it. I would give negative 10 stars if I could. Never again!La-Z-Boy

We bought a sofa/recliner 11/11/23, one of the recliners was broke when we got it and had to have lazy boy come out to repair it. Now it's 4/29/24 and the left recliner springs are all broke and will hardly recline. The other end is so hard to get in that I cannot sit in it at all. These are not electric recliners but they should last longer than a year. I called lazy boy, they referred me to their service department, which I did go to complete the form. At the bottom of the form, it says that we have to pay $199.00 for a service call if we don't bring the sofa into their department. We're 75 years old and do not own a truck. WOW! I would never recommend lazy boy to anyone. They sell junk and do not stand behind their name! We could have gone to the Goodwill store if we wanted junk.Oh, and you need to change your auto response, it's the same bs for everyone.La-Z-Boy

I purchased an electric Lazy Boy recliner with several remote adjustments. While the chair works well, excluded a little squeaking while in motion, the material is very poor quality. I have had the chair for 3 months and the material is pilling. I called the ************ line to ask about the condition of the material and was told its normal for the pilling to occur. Pulling only occurs on POOR quality material. I was told the material is not warranted and I should shave the pills off with an electric razor. Oh, did I mention the chair cost $1,600 on sale? Shame on you Lazy Boy. This chair will be my very last purchase from Lazy Boy ??La-Z-Boy

I am disappointed with the Lazy Boy response. It's the shell game, their response is always the same. For the record I just purchased a LB Loveseat recliner from ******** ****** LB to replace to 2 LB recliners I purchased 11yrs ago. So far I have waited 37 days for some word. I started today and finally heard from my sales woman today. I was informed that they expect to ship the second week of May, thats up to 22 days from now nor a total of 59 days to ship from order date. Probably at least another week to get it here thats 67 days approximately, totally unacceptableLa-Z-Boy

Horrible Service. I ordered a Recliner last summer and received it in February 2023. Early October the frame snapped into two Pieces. A service technician made it out in lat November after about 10 calls to get something done. He said it needed a new frame and a new seat and 4 to 8 weeks it would be fixed. After many attempts at getting this fixed, the technician showed ** in April 2024 to fix it and had the wrong parts. he said he world put in the order and it would be 4 to 8 weeks. Not sure I'll ever get this fixed. Case ******La-Z-Boy

DO NOT BUY THEIR PROTECTION PLAN. They do not honor it. After much paper work and contact, there was not any result to help us from an accidental spill. I will think twice about buying Lazy Boy again even after having it in my home for 20 plus years.La-Z-Boy
