      I reached out to Padly on 4/14/25 because Im assisted my mother with trying to sell her home. They came out in May, and made an offer of 135K, after inspection they decided to lower the price to 121K, my mother and myself declined the offer. They then sent me a voided contract and I emailed them a termination letter. They then told me that they had a buyer for the original price but by that time I had already started to seek other offers. I explained this to them and thought it was over and done with. Only to find out they filed a Notice of interest on the property which is causing complications with a new buyer. My mother had Alzheimers and these profits will go towards her assisted living care so its important that I get the right offer. At this point i feel like theyre trying to strong arm my mother into selling the property to them.

      I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID 23519651, and find that this resolution is satisfactory to me. They agreed to remove the notice of interest and send me a formal termination immediately. Which is satisfactory to me, if for some reason this is not done, I will reinstate this complaint.
