      This company has been mailing ridiculous low ball offers to buy my property for at least two years. Now, they are no longer addressed to me, but to a family member who is not even on the title to my home. It should be illegal to send out these types of mass mailers. Despite repeated requests to stop, they persist.

Interestingly, weve found that when we do receive negative reviews, they tend to come from people weve never actually worked with. And while that might sound like a bad thing, its something were genuinely grateful forit means that the clients we *do* serve are consistently having positive experiences, which is what matters most to us. In a way, reviews like this help confirm that we're on the right trackand we truly appreciate you giving us the opportunity to improve how we handle outreach.Wishing you all the best
