    Hydraulic department totally missed being able to rebuild my steering box TWICE. It is a company truck and has been out of commission for three months while I have been waiting to get a quality repair from them. The first time I got the component back, the box I sent it off in came back with two 2x4 slapped on the top to keep the part in. Was not secured into the box. The part worked fine...until I started the truck and turned the steering wheel. Then it leaked as it did before- the reason it was sent in for rebuild. I drove the truck four miles and the output shaft, the part than turns the wheels through the steering rods, came out of the case this loosing all hydraulic steering power. I removed it and sent it into the company again. Tied it into the shipping box to keep it secure and screwed a thick lid to the box to keep the component secure. It weighs over 50 lbs.It was gone a month before it came back. The box it left in returned. The lid was not the same one- 3/16 birch plywood that had broken, only five screws holding the lid and four of them had pulled through so it was just hanging on with one s**** Part not secured into the box at all.Reinstalled the steering box. Started the truck. No leaks......until I turned the steering wheel and the flood cascaded down the side of the component. Had someone call me and wanted to make it right when I emailed my customer service rep at the company saying refund my money. They said they were going to get me a working unit. Fine. Make it happen.Today I get an email saying they have no working components and if I want a refund it will be two weeks before they even approach the subject of me getting any satisfaction from spending ******* on a non effective rebuild from their hydraulic shop. This allows me two weeks to write as many scathing reviews of Global electron's incompetent business acumen. Instead of two weeks of me driving my truck to money making jobs.

    Avoid this company. They claimed to repair the item and sent back to me in a few days. It wasn't fixed so I spoke with them and returned it. They gave ship date miultiple times without returning it. When I finally did get it back it still wasn't fixed even though they said they bench tested it and it was repaired. I sent it back again and after 3 months they said it was repaired. They said they replaced a ribbon, however, no new sautering was evident & the coating wasn't disturbed. All together I was given 4 delivery dates that never happened. Oddly enough, they kept calling and emailing when was I going to pay for this "repair". They still had the part. When I got the part back, supposedly repaired, it was not. I paid $550.97 for no repair, just caused my machine down time and costs me a lot of billable time while I was emailing and time on the phone and reshipping an unrepaired part. I sent the part to another repair company who changed out 5 items and gave me the old parts back all for $188. Needless to say I would NOT recommend Global Electronic Services.************

    Poor customer service, communication and quality of workmanship. Support said they were sending back a complete tested unit out. Received a unit back with a broken pump. Paid for expedited service and it took 2 weeks to get a broken non working part. No response from the representatives.

    Sent a motor to be repaired got it back still didn't work. Took **** weeks was suppose to take 2 weeks. Paid them $2,600.00 for the repair.Sent back the motor to fix it on 6-12-23 on 8-28-23 was told can't fix it now! This is after 22 calls and emails to find out the status. Now trying to get our money back.Worst company ever had to deal with.

    I recently had a highly disappointing experience with Global Electronic **** My company required a repair for component. Despite their advertised lead time of 1-5 days (or ***** hours for rush service), the repair took more than two weeks. To make matters worse, when we received the component back, it seemed that no work had been done on it at all.Global Electronic **** not only failed to address the issue we explicitly requested them to fix, but they also charged us more than $2k without providing an itemized invoice. We attempted to resolve the matter with them multiple times but received unsatisfactory and evasive responses.It is deeply concerning that a company can operate this way, with no regard for their customers' needs or timelines, and attempt to charge exorbitant fees without any transparency or justification. I strongly advise against using Global Electronic **** for any repair services, as our experience with them was nothing short of a disaster.In light of this experience, I cannot recommend Global Electronic **** and would encourage others to seek alternative options for their repair needs.

    Stay away from this company. Their lack of quality, lack of communication and lack of customer service is by far the worst I have ever dealt with in a service providing company. 1-5 day turnaround is a joke!Take your business elsewhere!!
