  This is not what I wanted because it is a momentarial Switch. Can I exchange it for a continous Power Switch?

  I was pleased with the overall experience. Just one request if you would. My order included some small gaskets, they were attached to the folded up invoice. Because I'm not a business, and I had all the receipts from email, the invoice went straight to the trash can. I did initially report not receiving the gaskets, customer service was quick to responded and stated they were likely attached to the invoice. Luckily garbage day was at the end of the week and I was able to find the invoice and the gaskets.In the emails with confirmation of order/shipping, please add a note with something like "small parts maybe attached to folded invoice" or something similar :)

  The only reason for the 3 stars is that the ****** SS prop I ordered only had a sticker identifying it was a Turbo prop instead of being engraved into the prop as shown in the pictures.

  Great place to order parts from. I ordered the wrong 100 hour service kit for my outboard (I wasnt 100 percent sure) and asked the question via their chat. They were nice enough to cancel my order pro-actively and tell me what I needed to order. Now that is how to do business and why I will always order from PartVu. Great people who keep idiots like me in-line.

  I started off wanting to do a 300 hr service. I wasn't sure which kit to get so I called and gave my serial number to be sure. They sent a kit and the thermostat seemed wrong so I photographed it and sent it in. A representative checked with their manager and gave me the number for the right kit. Even sent a link so I clicked on it and bought it. they sent me a return label and said to send the parts back. I had to pay $75 for the new parts and the old ones were supposed to be credited. I recieved the parts and nothing is right. they also sent 5 oil drain gaskets, lower unit gaskets and some other items that I don't need. nothing was right. I also had to buy a new lower unit for $2,800 from them. It was supposed to be a complete lower and as I was installing, I noticed the housing for the water impeller was crooked. Further inspection showed the keeper for the impeller was wedged under the housing, messing up the gasket so I took it off and discovered there was not a water impeller installed. glad I caught that one and supposedly, they are sending a new one. Looking forward to getting this all straightened out and being done with Parts vu.
