    We are clients of Zone Home Solutions because of ***************************. From the first time we met we were so impressed with him. He is direct, honest, so knowledgeable and always does what he says he is going to do. One of the best decisions we ever made was purchase a heat pump several years ago because of him. If there is anyone in ******* more knowledgeable we would like to meet them. We are comfortable knowing that he and his staff stay current and knowledgeable in HVAC practices. He really looks out for his clients. *********************** has been the technician servicing our heating and air conditioning for the past several years. He is professional, very knowledgeable of the equipment and a nice guy. When we have questions he is good about explaining things. Years ago we had a bad experience with a technician at another company so we are very particular about who performs our service. With ***** we have a comfort level knowing that service has been done properly and our furnace/air conditioner are in good shape. First impressions are so important in business. *************************** is one of the best. She is always cheerful and helpful when calling for appointments or information in general. As with the rest of ****** team, she stays so informed. She is so good when trying to schedule a time that works for everyone based on the need. Also, we have called her a few times with general questions and she made sure we had the information we needed. This is an outstanding team and we appreciate all of them more than you know! We cant say enough good things about them. In 2021 we moved into a new home and started using Zone Pest Solutions, based on recommendation from *****. *********************** is our technician. He is polite, professional, a very nice man and quick to answer any questions we have. We are glad to say that we have not had a pest issue since starting the service with you and working with ****. Thank you for this wonderful service.

    As the operations manager of a service business, I understand how companies can succeed and how they fail at service. This company has succeeded for me! ******* is a true professional, an expert in a field that (like mine) most people find disgusting and want little to do with. Unfortunately some German roaches snuck into our home and started to multiply. ******* correctly assessed the two points where they were nesting and breeding and eliminated them in 2 visits. Of course we have hired them for our general pest control as well. Our old pest control company had us convinced that they only needed to treat outside, but Zone said they prefer to treat in and out every quarter and can come back in between. Also I found it very interesting that their technicians each have an area and manage their own schedules and while I certainly don't presume anyone's income they seem well satisfied with their careers and highly self motivated, something that is rare in the service industry these days. I also had a very positive experience with the office, I wish I'd gotten the name of the lady who answered the phone but she was clearly no simple receptionist; she listened attentively to my problem, explained the specific issues with German roaches and how their regular service worked, gave me the base cost and the likely figure costs, told me who would be calling and how that would work then did whatever it took on her end to execute that process, which occurred exactly as she had laid it out. That *** sound like business as usual but unfortunately it's not. I have set this company up as a vendor for our company and they will now be our go to for pest control needs when we find termites, ***** infestations and rodents in our client's homes and businesses. Thanks ******* and thanks Zone. Also please note I found this company on ********* and I'm glad to have the resource.

    Zone Home Solutions recently replaced my HVAC system. In every stage of the process, from determining which system met my needs, to estimating costs, thru installation, everyone I encountered was timely, courteous, professional and thorough, explaining in detail equipment recommendations specific to my needs, and patiently answering every question I had related to recommendations, as well as installation upon completion. ********, in particular, did an outstanding job removing the large, heavy old equipment and installing the new. I would recommend them to anyone.

    Today ***** came out to do a spring check up of my HVAC system. He was on time and had a great upbeat positive attitude. He walked me through his inspection and explained the important parts (electrical and refrigerant) and how my system worked.He didnt find any problems but I have peace of mind going into the summer and Im happy with the service and experience.Thank you to *****!

    We have ******* from ZHS coming to our house since last year and we did see a big drop in cockroaches. We and seemingly the owners who we bought this house from last year did have a huge problem with cockroaches. We now hardly see any unwanted guests anymore, and if, it's one or two a month, and they are on their backs half-dead. Before we had them running in drones around on our walls and ceilings. I am so grateful for *******'s service. He made life so much more enjoyable inside the house.
