We bought a ******** ************ it was a lot model we closed 6-28-2024. House was delivered 9-6 and 9 half at a time. We have made 3 payments on house and still not in. Can't get any call backs. When we bought we had 2 requests my wife wanted only 1 to 2 steps to front door as she has ** now from bottom of door to ground is 30 inches said we could live with if they put a ramp in said no money for this. I wanted a 4 foot crawl space will they built up the ground and house is 5 foot higher than garage so you can imagine where water goes yes right in garage. Last week finally got here to hookup sewer and water. Back filling around house I ask what about a drain pipe said we don't do it you have and 11 inch fall well now puddles and a foot of mud haven't finished trim a window wouldn't lock they worked on it and broke window didn't tell us just to go back to ******* haven't heard anything. Got our first water and sewer bill last week 12-2-2024. Excavator is gone just a mud pit house no decks or gutters. Been a very unpleasant experience with Yurezz said 2 months we should be in house been 6 months I wouldn't recommend this company to anyone. How many other people have had problem. I think because we're in ** ****** and ***** away we're not convenient for them. I called vp this morning and no response

My husband and I purchased a home in October. It was delivered to our land 10/24, set and the trim out was started 11/3. Trim out was not finished because several things were not sent with home and some items had to be ordered. The steps were delivered and set 11/8. That was the last time anything was done. The blocks were finally delivered 12/9 to do the underpinning. It was started 12/13 and completed 12/15 but it was supposed to have Stucco over the blocks and that has not been done yet. We were finally able to get building inspector out to inspect home 12/16. It did not pass inspection therefore we still don't have power. The items he wrote up were done today and I asked that he reinspect tomorrow. I was told the remaining trim out parts came in last week and crew came back today, 12/21, to work on finishing inside the home. The trim out is STILL not finished. They were supposed to order new door for side entry because one currently in home will not close. That did not come in with parts. The piece that covers where the halves meet in den/kitchen is not right either amongst other things.. When we started this process we were told house should be ready to move in within about 4 weeks of it being delivered. Four weeks passed of nothing being done! We have had to extend our lease several times because house is not ready. We also had to make our first payment 12/1 on a home we are not even living in yet and still paying rent. We have done everything that was asked of us and we feel like we are just getting the run around. We keep being told we can move in and I keep having to remind everyone that we can't get power until house passes inspection and I am not moving in until inside is finished and then we still have to deal with punch list issues. We are so disappointed in how this has turned out and wish we had never purchased the home! I just want home finished and done right so we can move in! I have tried to be patient and understanding but this is rediculous!

    Good Morning Jacob!
Thank you for reaching out. I spoke with Shelby this morning and expressed our concerns with home and this whole process. We just want things with home done and done right so we can move in. I will consider updating review once things are done to our satisfaction.
