      My Georgia Plumber came out for the annual inspection of my water system and also fixed one problem area. They did a fine job and also were very helpful with any questions I had.

      Ive been using My Georgia Plumber for years and have always been happy with the service. This time I got a new hot water heater with a 10 year warranty. They took the time to explain the process to me several times before and after the job was complete. I also felt the price was very reasonable.

      Very honest was this ******* fellow who came by. I like his review of my project and when he realized they did not do the type of work I was looking for he gave me the honest answer and even recommended the type of company who does do it. And he charged me nothing for the five minute visit while he was here. That was even more honest and the right thing to do. Thanks *******!

      ******* is the WORST manager I've talked to. It's not about the water heater now. It's about she's not empathetic about anything happening to the customer/new member. She just doesn't care. She cancelled my membership without notifying me even after I told her that Im not cancelling it. Her communication style is very ego-centric, selfish, and head strong. She does feel anything wrong with me needing to bear with a defect water heater for years after I made 3 payments to them. She wouldnt allow the tech making 2nd trip to install the unit and leave a few days for us to clear the water damage and build a new base to put the water heater on after my old unit leaked and damage it. I have my water heater replaced with them through American Home Shield. They jacked up the overall cost by charging several parts even though theyre essential to install the new water heater, saying theyre not covered by my AHS plan. They installed a damaged water heater that the body of the tank was smashed. They said it shipped to them this way by ***. But its a totally different model than what AHS gave me beforehand. They want me to go to *** or manufacturers warranty if I want but theyre not responsible for it. They pushed the deadline to finish the service by end of the month per their schedule regardless I need time to clean up the water leak and the rotten base. They didnt tell me that the water heater was an obviously damaged one till we found out after its installed. They could have asked for a new replacement from *** but they didnt. They could have warned us beforehand but they didnt. They could have helped to get us a replacement ********** but they refused. They didnt even have a good attitude throughout the process over the phone or text. ******* is a nightmare!

      Project was to remove an old faucet which already had the water lines removed and replace with new owners unit. They said they were required to replace the water lines even though they were the braided metal ******** the problems. The lead guy spoke in very soft broken English. Apparently his helper did not speak English. When I was shown the initial price of over $600 for the minimal amount stated above it I was shocked. He said that he had no control over pricing. When I told him that was a ridiculous price he said let me see what I can do. The next price was still over $400. When I said I understood there was a $169 fee for showing up and $129 would be credited to the bill I said I think the work should be more like $200. He miraculously then had the power to lower it to $267.What bothers me is the deceptive business practice. I am 68 years old and luckily have most of my senses, but I feel sorry for older people that would be taken which this type of strategy.I will post this on the other links you sent me.Regards,****** ********
