      ***** and *****/in -training were both fantastic. ***** as been my services technician before. As always professional, prompt, knowledgeable and friendly. In addition awesome at reverse shadowing for *****/in- training. ***** had patience, was engaging and participatory with his trainee.

      **** and his crew today did an incredible job replacing our water pipe from the street into our house in a super tricky in town ******* situation where they had to go up the center of our driveway and remove some turf as part of the process. Neat as a pin when they were done - and it looks (and runs) great. Thank you all - definitely a new and happy customer.See also my review here *****************************************

      Run from this company please, the worst ever! They got paid by our Home warranty company for a job they did in November 2023, fast forward to June 2024, they charged my card which they had on file for $395 claiming they never got paid by the Warranty company.How did we not get a prior notice from this company letting us know that they didn't get paid by the warranty company before charging my card on file without any consent/authorization.I need my refund back and would get it by any means. Please stay aware from these scammers!!

      An unethical, dishonest and incompetent service provider I have ever been forced to work with because my Home Warranty service chose them as provider in Nov 2023.My Georgia Plumber delayed the installation of my water heater for about 1 month in winter because of they continuously demanded for more and more money. They forced me to pay total deductibles much more than if I had not used Home Warranty Service.Their demands of new charges were so high that even the home warranty company did not pay their final unjustified charge. My Georgia Plumber had stored my credit card information without my consent. Recently My Georgia Plumber charged my credit card 7 months after their service because my home warranty had refused to pay their unfair demand. My Georgia Plumber in email asks me to file a Performance Bond Claim against my Home Warranty. Also they threaten me to put a lien on my house if I decline their recent unauthorized credit card charge, which was 7 months after their service.In short they did a lousy, long delayed and extremely expensive water heater replacement.

      Awful service! Worst plumbing company in the region. I wish I can give them a negative rating. My garbage disposal was non-functional and water was leaking under the sink. My home warranty company reached out to them to replace the garbage disposal. They sent a technician who when came, with-in a minute asked to replace the disposal. They sent a report as general plumbing issue to my home warranty company and charged me my out-of-pocket fee. Again, they sent another diagnosis report saying the garbage disposal needs to be replaced and asked to create a new work order to my home warranty and asked me to pay the out of pocket again. I paid once again, thinking they will work sooner on this. My insurance approved the claim and again they asked another $85 from me, the reason is like return fee or trade fee, different people mentioned different things and they were not able to clarify why they are asking that. My home warranty company reached them out so many times and they did not respond at all. My home warranty company asked me not to pay anything, but they kept saying they need $85 otherwise they cannot schedule appointment. I suffered for 2+ weeks with all these back-and-forth whereas the disposal replacement is just like 15 minutes job. I then requested my home warranty to look for another vendor. They did and the next vendor replaced just in a few hours. Their staffs (like **************************) are very rude, they do not hear from customer rather keep talking adamantly. When I asked to talk to their manager (******* it seems) they say they will talk to her and she will call, however that person never shows up or calls back to customer. I will never ever reach out to them on any future service need.

      Had a water heater installed and the technician burned a hole in balcony rug. Was working with an employee, ***** for months and later was told he was no longer with the company. I then was put in touch with another individual and there exact words were Upon reviewing our records, unfortunately, we are unable to proceed with the replacement process. The complaint dates back to last year, and due to the age and lack of response from you the claim has been closed since the end of May. I recommend reaching out to your home warranty company for further assistance in resolving this matter. They might be able to offer alternative solutions or guidance on how to proceed.A the install was done this year and B this is unacceptable. I Requested multiple calls back to discuss and still have not received. Let me be clear, the install was great, but again I just want my rug replaced. That is why I am giving this only one star.
