1 starI have an 85 year old mother with *********** that has to have the lift chair to get up and even sleeps in it almost every night. It stopped working and the battery backup wont even work. They wont honor a warranty, they wont even send anyone out to look at it. They wont call you back. They have said they would call us for 3 weeks but no one has. When we get them on the phone without their system hanging up on us they say they will call back in 2 to 4 days. They don't call. My mother now has a sore from people having to lift her out of a normal chair. Every time we give them the info they request they ask for something else a few days later.Review fromNicholas C.
