      I was fortunate enough to get ****** on the phone when I called to inquire about the status of my service request. She was patient, informative, pleasant, and, made it a really enjoyable experience. She understood my inquiry and even apologized for their tardiness, which I do not believe there was any. It is very rare to get somebody in customer service, who deals with complaints and issues on a daily basis with such tact, courtesy politeness, and kindness. Thank you, ******!

      If I could leave zero stars, I would.I purchased an extended warranty for our ******** sectional. Unfortunately, we had to file a claim when the electronic component of our recliner failed, leaving the recliner permanently in an out position.I submitted a claim on March 3rd. They responded on March 6th saying they needed additional photos. I sent them immediately. It took them over TWO WEEKS to respond and say they needed pictures that were already sent to them. Again, I sent them the requested photos. It took them slightly less time (10 days) to say that they needed the same photos again. And once again I submitted the photos.On April 4th, over a month after my original claim (mind you, my recliner has been permanently up this entire time) they finally approved my claim! Hooray! I was told to have patience as the time to complete the claim varies.On May 14th, nearly SIX WEEKS after they approved my claim, I received a request for, you guessed it, the same photos I've submitted nearly a half-dozen times by ****** this point, I'm done. They clearly don't want to hold up their end of the bargain, fulfill their contractual obligations, and repair my broken furniture. They are scammers, con artists, and a complete waste of your money. I'm now looking to get this problem resolved independently since ServeCo is incapable of doing so. Hopefully my recliner will be functioning again before the three-month ***** Thanks for nothing, ServeCo!

We did receive the photos you submitted, but unfortunately, they were too blurry to make out the necessary information. This has been the reason for our repeated follow-up requests, not a delay in effort or action on our ******* move forward as quickly as possible, we welcome you to email us the *** number if you're able to read it directly from the tag. If you're unable to do so, were more than happy to dispatch a technician to obtain the information for you.We sincerely appreciate your patience and hope to resolve this for you soon.       Spoke with then on the 13th of May , not another word ! ******** firm really doesn't care about their customers once their paid with their final sale contract! Now I know why it's a final sale ! Then your farmed out to this company !

We understand how disappointing it can be to feel unsupported after a purchase, and we appreciate you taking the time to share your *********** clarify, the adjustable base you received is designed to be operated via a tablet rather than a traditional remote. As part of the purchase process, the store is responsible for setting up the base and walking consumers through how to use the tablet. In fact, consumers are asked to sign a form confirming that they understand how to operate the system during the delivery and setup.We understand this might not have been clearly communicated at the time, and we apologize if the handoff between the store and service support was not as smooth as it should have been.We attempted to reach you via phone but had to leave a voicemail. If you're still experiencing issues with your base or need further assistance with the tablet setup, please dont hesitate to reach outwell be happy to reach out to the store on your behalf.

      If I could rate them 0 stars I would. I purchased the "anything and everything is covered" extended warranty for my recliner sofa. While doing spring cleaning, I noticed a 4 inch slice in the fabric. I have no idea how it happened. I contacted ServeCo and submitted a claim. Not only did I NEVER get a call back, when I was finally able to talk with someone, they told me the claim has been rejected because I didn't know how it happened. Totally unacceptable, especially since the warranty states everything is covered no matter what. Do NOT purchase an extended warranty from this company. They are a fraud.

      We understand how frustrating it can be when damage is discovered unexpectedly, and we sincerely regret any inconvenience the consumer has experienced. That said, we do want to provide clarification regarding the coverage terms of the Protection Plan.While we strive to assist all our consumers wherever possible, we must also remain consistent in following the terms and conditions of the warranty in order to ensure fairness to all plan holders. Specifically, under the "Whats Not Covered" section of the Protection Plan, it clearly states that any stains or damages from an unknown origin are not eligible for coverage. This includes situations where the consumer is unsure of how the damage *********** this case, because the cause of the 4-inch slice in the fabric could not be determined, the service request unfortunately fell under this exclusion. We understand the consumers disappointment, but our team must adhere to the plans guidelines in reviewing and processing all claims.Please note, the Protection Plan remains active and in effect. The consumer is welcome to file future service requests, provided they fall within the scope of coverage outlined in the terms and conditions.
