      ******** with Servco went above and beyond to help me with an issue I had. Not only did she order me a new remote after other people were making it nearly impossible the last 3 months BUT I received it in the mail 4 days later. The service she provided was phenomenal, and ****** is lucky to have her apart of their team.

      ******** was awesome! She persisted in helping my Mom secure an urgent recliner repair appt. asap. A decisive quick thinker who's stick to it'veness was so impressive. Very grateful to have such an amazing.

      Thank you to ******** for her follow through & commitment in getting my service call set up. ******** was excellent & I appreciate her efforts. I was still however given only 2 options (one of which was unacceptable) & told that the only service technician in my area was leaving. Overall my impression has not changed.

      Great over-the-top service. My sectional recliner broke a few years after I purchased it from ****** and they cheerfully sent a new part AND offered to have a technician come and repair it (no charge). I call that GREAT service.
