      On 7/26/25, I took my 2016 Volvo XC60 to **** and **** Volvo service in ********. The check engine light was on. They fixed the car by replacing a leak detection pump, bleeder pipe and hose, timing belt, and doing an oil change. I paid $4,486.30 for all these services. Around January, my car started making noises and the oil light came on indicating low oil. I took it to Express and they gave me an oil change although I was not due for one. They told me **** and **** messed up my car by not putting an oil cap back on when they did the oil change. On March 5, I had to take the car in because my engine failed and the car was no longer driveable. I told them about these issues and that they caused the oil to build up in the engine and they just ignored me, ignored my calls. It's been 6 days and no one will return my calls. I finally reached ****** and he told me it will be 8k to fix the car. Cylinder 1 had a large amount of oil leakage which caused the valve to burn up inside the engine. This was caused by them leaving the oil cap off. I just bought my car in November 2023 for 14k after taxes. They have completely mishandled my car and now I am left with no equity and no way to get a new car.

      Spoke to guest and explained what happened with these vehicles and the fuel consumption issue that is a Volvo known thing. I agreed to reimburse her $1,000 to assist in the burden of the vehicle. I also apologized for the delayed response due to not having access to the BBB. Thank you.

      I bought a car from *********** volvo on dec, 26, 2024 through auction, vin # *****************. Georgia law requires dealers to provide the title within 30 days and i have not received the title and i tried to reach out to **** and **** volvo and they refuse to communicate with me and tried to reach the auction and was told that i need to communicate with the seller. Please provide information.

      I purchased a vehicle from **** and **** 2 months ago and still have not received the title. Be called the *********** and the title remains in the dealerships name. Calls to the delawrship are not returned

      We purchased a car sold by ********************* at auction that did not have a clear title. We have been dealing with them from the beginning of March on getting a bond to clear the title and resubmit to the state. They lied and told ** the title had been sent to the bonding company and would soon be resolved. An email from 5/19/23 stated they submitted the title for the bond on 5/18/23 however, we have an email from April 10th that stated the same information. The general manager, *************************** relayed to me it would be taken care of on March 17th 2023, yet it was not and still appears to be unresolved. We cannot insure a automobile without the title in the **************** that technically does not belong to **, even though we have paid in full for the vehicle.

      I paid for an inspection to find out what was wrong with my car and check engine light. I asked for a copy of the findings and estimated costs after it was completed. I was denied a copy. I have no idea what was found, how much it costs to get it fixed, and what work was done during the inspection. I wrote them several times asking for an invoices of services performed for that day. The guy told me he was not authorized to release the information on my car inspection, beyond him reading it off the screen. This is unacceptable. As a result I had to go to another shop and pay for another inspection. There were several other issues and concerns. But the biggest thing is not giving me a copy of work done on my car and my quote, which I paid for. $197.40 and no paper proof of work done on car, work needed to be done, or quote. WASTE OF ************ ON A WORK DAY!!! Very disappointed in this company and how they operate. **************** also terrible - too much attitude, but I only care about the waste of money.
