Spent 2 years and the system did not work. They forgot to mention that in my state and with the insurance company I was dealing with that their rate of success is very low.

It's unfortunate that this customer felt it necessary to post this review. We go way over and above to help our customers but, now I feel it necessary to set the record straight. First, his accident was 12/25/2023 so he has been dealing with this for 1 1/2 years not 2 years. We received his appraisal order on 4-12-24. So, he has been working with us for just over 1 year. Our service has helped tens of thousands of people to resolve their claims over the past 21 years. There is a tiny percent of people that do have to take their claims to court when the insurance company will not properly negotiate a reasonable settlement. After just over a year of helping this customer on many, many, many occasions, we suggested that he should consider going to court. The customer is the one who decided that he did not want to do that. He also refused to call them back to accept an earlier offer. So now he is complaining about us. As best I can recall, we've had a total of 3 complaints filed over the past 21 years and after about ****** customers. So, consider the numbers.******* **********, PresidentReview fromMark L

I am extremely satisfied with the outcome of my diminished value claim. Collision Claims Associates is very professional and delivers on their promises. They provided me with the guidance and suggested documentation to initiate the claim. The entire process was handled smoothly and with very little intervention on my part once the claim was filed with the insurance company.The settlement was 32x more than what was initially offered by the insurance company, so was well worth the fee associated with using their services.Highly recommended!Collision Claim Associates, Inc.

I was referred to Collision Claims and was pleased with their service. Thier support and information about the process with my insurance company was spot on. They answered my questions and got back to me in a timely manner. Collision Claim Associates provided me with a diminished value appraisal and support to help me after my 2023 ****** Altima was hit by a negligent driver. My vehicle was legally parked. Repair costs exceeded $15000. That drivers insurance paid this and acknowledged I had diminished value for my vehicle, disputing the lost value. The support provided by the team at Collision Claim Associates was perfect. They anticipated the position the insurer would take and how to counter it. I followed their strategy and settled the claim in an amount that was reasonable and fair to me. OMG!! I highly recommend Collision Claim Associates. After speaking with ******* I felt confident in using their service. I received my DV settlement 1 week after submitting my demand letter. I received 85% of my DV request. I was very shock ?? I didnt have to do the back and forth with the insurance company. Collision Claim Assoc did an amazing job! They armed me with everything I needed to successfully negotiate a DV claim on our vehicle. About 1 week after submitting the appraisal, ********** came back with a substantial counter offer. It just took the one well worded letter with the appraisal documents to receive our counter offer. We are extremely pleased with the services as well as the settlement. We honestly were not expecting near that much. Thank you, for an amazing service that not only recouped DV, but also took a lot of stress off of our shoulders!I would like to note that I researched other companies and their reviews before choosing ***.
