5 stars******* was awesome. He told I could get between $3000-$4000 for my finished value claim. My insurance company tried to give me $1000 and ******* actually got me $4100. The process was simple and quick! ******* answered questions that I realized later was answered in the documents he sent me. However he was still prompt and provide great customer service. Collision Claim Associates were of great help to me in my auto accident diminished value claim. From the appraisal of my car's value to the information they provided as the claim progressed, they gave me confidence in negotiating with the offender's insurance company about my diminished value claim. I am certain that my claim would not have been resolved as favorably without the assistance of Collision Claim Associates. They are definitely on the side of claimants and really opened my eyes about the underhanded way insurance companies deal with claims. Good people, good work. CCA was a God send. I hydroplaned on the freeway and totaled my highly modified sports car. I hit a guardrail and no other cars. I was not injured and after looking at the damages, I thought I could get it repaired. I had it towed to the shop and they started ordering parts. The insurance company then said they totaled the car. I was sick. They then low balled me and that's when I started doing research. I just had a good feeling after reading reviews and researching their company. I spoke with other companies, but I had an uneasy feeling. With CCA, I felt at peace and now I know why. CCA has great communication and they provide you with the information you need to be able to make an intelligent decision. CCA is also honest and fair. They truly want to assist the "little" guy against these dishonest insurance companies. CCA ended up getting me a little over $5K extra on my settlement. They're quick with their work because they understand your time is valuable. I can't tell you how grateful I am for companies like this, especially CCA. My insurance agent was so impressed that he will now be advising future clients to contact this great company. My attorney asked for their information as well, he was very impressed with the timeliness and the respect of CCA. I can't thank CCA enough.
