    I placed an order Tuesday 8/13. After 2 weeks I decided to email said company about an update on my order. After no response I decide to email again after now 3 weeks. It's comming up to 4 weeks now with no updates, I'm unable to cancel my order as the website says it's in its "final stage of processing". It has been saying this from the time I ordered. The number listed for this business is also invalid! It has been like pulling teeth to get any answers on this.

    I ordered a big shipment of frozen feeder rats from FeederSource's website. They took my money but never sent the rats. It's been two months as of this complaint and it's still listed as "processing." However, because it's listed as processing, I can't cancel it or get a refund.

    Hello *****,

    can you send me the order number so we can further look into this for you.  Our current payment processor (Global) is not allowing us to receive the payments.  It is all going into a "processing" status without releasing any funds to **.  

    We are in the process of canceling our service payment provider and switching to PayPal.  We have not received funds from global payments.  I till try to pull up your order to see what we can do for you, as we move away from this payment processing network.

    I purchased an order of frozen feeder rats and frozen feeder chickens from Feeder Source at a local Repticon show on 01/08/2023. I forgot to pick the order on my way out. Once I got home I realized I did not have my order. I emailed them seeing if they could give me a refund. They did not respond back. I was only able to find one phone number to their office in *********,**, but cannot get through it says the number isn't available. This is horrible customer service and I will not buy from them again.

    My boyfriend and I purchased an order of frozen feeder rats ($50) from Feeder Source at a local Repticon in *******, ** on 5/29/22 and forgot to pick them back up on our way out. Once we got home and realized we forgot our order, I emailed them hoping they could ship. They responded on 5/31/22 saying that they could ship to our address, and sent a $20 invoice for us to pay to cover shipping. I paid the invoice and was told they would ship our order the following Wednesday or Thursday, and we would receive the next day. On 6/10/22, after still having not received our order, I emailed them to get an update or not on whether or not they had been shipped but got no reply. I was only able to find one phone number to their office in *********, but cannot get through since it says the number isn't available. I need to contact them and just request a full refund. I have since then read many reviews from others who paid and never received orders from Feeder Source. I am so frustrated over wasted money and having no food for my animals for the time being. This is awful customer service and I will not buy from them again.
