    Ordered frozen rats. Never shipped them and never replied to my emails asking what is going on.

    Ordered **** crickets on 1/11. They took out funds on 1/17. As of 1/28 no product. Phone number on website not active. No email response. Save the hassle and dont buy from them.

    Purchased 2 tanks from a local Repticon convention. The first day turning on the tank light, the switch completely melted. Luckily I could smell the smoke and turned it off before it caught fire. I replaced it myself from the local pet store but then tried to contact Feeder Source support to inform them of the issue, it's been a month now and no response at all. I've sent a couple reminders to them to just let them know I haven't received any acknowledgement, and nothing. I feel like this company just does not care about what they sell or the quality of it so be warned.
