Original transaction 10/04/2024 322.82 for a knee scooter.
For some unknown reason another transaction for the same amount was charged to my card on 12/3/2024 for $322.82.

I have called several times to get a refund. I had filed a dispute with my bank. The found in favor of your company because your company presented 2 receipts. One for 10/4/24 and another for 12/3/24. The second receipt is pure fraud.

I have called several times before the dispute, and several times after the dispute was closed, and no one will refund my money. I keep being told to check with my bank to make sure it is closed and not pending. It is not pending. I have checked several times. I don't understand why your company can't go through your bank statements and realize you are $322.82 over in your account. AND why was I charged a 2nd time in the first place. AND why was there a made up receipt in the 2nd place.

As we have told you numerous times that will be between you and your bank.  You did a chargeback with the bank which freezes the funds and blocks us from being able to issue a refund.  We have explained this to you. Your bank withdrew the funds from our account on December 10, 2024 based on your chargeback request. So at that date your bank was then in charge of the funds.  If they did not put it back in your account I would contact your bank.  However, I have documentation to show it was withdrawn from our account December 10, 2024.  Since your bank withdrew the funds there is no way to issue a refund since it is already showing as refunded. Your bank should have issued the funds back to your account on December 10, 2024 when they withdrew the funds from our account.

***. ******** was getting ********** supplies of a brand that was discontinued and no longer made.  She was sent the wrong pouch with the initial order as it was pulled wrong in the warehouse.  However, she received a second shipment with the correct item.  The item is not just like the one she had so she does not like it.  Unfortunately, the one she is accustomed to is no longer made.  Our staff has reached out to the manufacturer to ensure she received the correct item that is the direct replacement of the discontinued item.  The manufacturer provided the item number and we have verified that it was what was shipped in the second shipment.  We bent over backwards to contact the manufacturer to ensure the correct replacement was what was sent and asked if there were any other options and told no that going forward those would be the only ones available as they had discontinued the other line.  I am sorry ***. ******** does not like the replacement pouch, however, I do not make the pouches so I can only provide what is made.  I have not billed ***. ******** nor her insurance for those since she was not satisfied with them.  I am not always available as the owner of the company.  I have hundreds of tasks daily and oversee multiple departments. My staff is trained and can get you the same information I can whether you speak directly to me or not.  Nothing done has been illegal and I even did not charge anyone for them since she was not satisfied.  ***. ******** is more than welcome to send them back at any time.  However, there are no other pouches available to send her.  It should be state that it is illegal to slander and provide inaccurate information.  They are not the wrong ones, just ones she is not accustomed to and does not like.  Before posting online, remember slander is actually illegal.

I understand that they don't carry the ones that I was using...but they were rude and If the supervisor Boyd would have gotten on the phone and talk to me instead of telling the young lady Linsey to relay me messages about what was going on maybe I wouldn't be so upset..because to me that was totally unprofessional....He would never talk to me and call me back...I had to keep calling...In the near future I want be using this company going foward...I just have to wait until my mom goes to the doctor so I can get with another supply company...Thank you all for your help
