    * ***** *** **** ** ***** ** ** ****** ******* ****** *** **** **** ******* *********** ** * **** * ****** ****** ************* ** *** ******* ****** As far as I can tell Medical Supplies of Central Georgia is committing insurance fraud against my elderly mother who has ******** *** ******* and the company is unwilling or unable to provide detailed invoices showing what was billed to insurance. She has been waiting for over a month for this information and has already been forced to pay bills she likely doesn't owe. She told me when she called they were confrontational and accused her of misusing insurance by saying ******* is a secondary insurer....but ******* is a secondary insurer and will cover anything ******** doesn't, including ******** deductibles. I personally called them over a week ago, and was told we would have the invoices in a couple days. I called back again today, and was basically told the same thing, that they are working on it. As far as I can tell, no one at Medical Supplies of Central Georgia knows how anything works and none of them can provide straight forward answers about their billing practices or provide records.

    Unfortunately you are not listed on your mothers account so no information can be released to you due to HIPAA regulations. We have spoken to your mother and her account has been taken care of. I am sorry you are upset with this but we have to follow the law and wait for insurances to process their payments.
