This company is making false promises about me not spending any money to claim my foreclosure funds but turns out, they are in fact charging a for commissions, etc. Also, his telemarketer named Diane is harassing me non-stop by calling even my long lost relatives who know nothing about my life!

We are unaware of any false promises. We are sorry if there was a misunderstanding but we make it clear from the beginning that we offer an optional service and that there are no upfront fees. We help families retrieve funds that have not yet been claimed and as a business which most often requires the help of an attorney, we charge a percentage of what we collect. This is made clear in our legal contract.
As far as contacting other family members, we use public information to find the claimants who are entitled to funds but often we find them through other family members. We are discreet in any information that we give them. Again we apologize for any misunderstanding. Also we are not the only company in this business so I am not certain we had made all the contacts which you are referring to. I do know that if anyone we call is not interested, we don't call back.Review fromChristopher

5 starsShawn was great, even when he missed a call he would usually get back the same day or next morning. I found out I had excess funds at a time when I really could use a windfall. They made it easy to get my money. Definitely would recommend them.
