    Financial Management I purchased a 2023 slingshot on line it stated 23,699. They were running a special for 2,000 dollar's Customer cash or 6 months interest free. Or 7 months no payment l received neither one.. But instead I got a high interest rate. With almost 780 credit score.. Plus I was charged a extra 2,000 for the bike.. Which it came up to 25,699 instead of taking off 2,000 or 2,000 Customer cash. I been back and forth with the finance manager. He couldn't explain to me why he added 2,000 instead of subtracting. I went back the next day to say I changed my mind before 24 hours. I said buyers remorse Zack stayed there is no such thing. I have to keep the Slingshot and I stated he took advantage of me because I was a woman. He got upset and started talking aggressive.. I asked to talk to his boss but he never got him.. He still was trying to convince me that he had to charge me the extra 2,000. I called back a week later and he transferred my call to someone in the store but it wasn't his boss. I asked to speak to his boss but still haven't spoken to him.. I want my 2,000 in merchandise or applied to my loan. I was told my credit score doesn't determine my interest rate. Plus the price for the Slingshot on line was for cash deal. It didn't state that on line this still doesn't give him the right to add 2,000 to the sale. I purchased a ****** in 2022 had a better experience. Or I was to excited to notice....

    Tried out the service department before purchasing a new motorcycle. They charged $400 for an oil change. Told Salesman about this and he ghosted me. Spoke with another employee there who berated me for saying it was a corrupt practice. Made an offer on a motorcycle which turned into 2 weeks of unsigned emails saying they would contact me soon. Spoke with the manager of following up on contacts and he quoted a bunch of false information on my being contacted and false follow ups. He stated there was nothing he could do to help. Presented with the facts he continued to indicate that he was good with the behavior of the staff and wouldn’t assist me further.
    Very disappointing as this is a close dealer to me and that they chose to lose the sale of of a $33,000 motorcycle and a similarly priced *** ** for my wife over the service department and sales behavior. These are the times we live in. It’s very unfortunate.

    The interactions with ** ********* regarding his interest in purchasing a vehicle were negative from the beginning due to his unhappiness with our Service department's pricing structure, which operates at $149 per hour of labor which is in line with our industry and market. From that point forward, we were already on the defensive and it seems we cannot get on the same page with him regarding contact methods and him being unhappy with our pricing. The last few returned calls by ** ********* have notes attached to them in our Customer Relations Management system simply stating he is unhappy with our prices. At this point, we need to part ways as we do not agree on the sides of the story, and our business model obviously does not satisfy him. The only customer records I have for a ** or **s ********* from zip code ***** are from 2017. We have not actually done any service work for them, they are unhappy with our quoted prices, not anything we actually completed.
    We have been in business over 25 years with thousands upon thousands of satisfied customers. Rather than argue back and forth, I believe we both need to understand this is not a good relationship and move on.
