    Mr. Sumlin came to repair an air conditioning unit at my property. He charged me $800.00. One hour later, the unit stopped working. Roy Sumlin told me that I needed a new unit. He used my charge card to purchase more supplies that were necessary for installing a new unit. He sent another person to do the install and they did not finish the installation and left with everything except the unit. I asked Mr, Sumlin to return and finish the job, replace and conceal exposed wiring and turn on the gas. Mr. Sumlin repeatedly made promises to return to job site, and he never did. I told him that I wanted him to meet me at ****** *************, Inc. to return the unused parts and credit my account and he refused. He stated that he would not charge me for labor and would refund me in cash and he never did. I have called and texted Mr. Sumlin many times. He has not refunded me or done as he promised. I have paid ******** *** Conditioning Company $570.00 to complete the job. The technician verified that I paid for numerous parts that were not installed or needed. I have paid a total of $6,131.52. ($800,00 Labor) + $4,581.52 (Amount Charged to my Credit Card for Unit and Supplies) +$570.00 (New Company that Completed Job) The new Air Conditioning unit price was $3902.53.
