    PLEASE STAY AWAY!!! from Roy Sumlin Fix It Heating & Air I am a home investor and was referred to him to fix 2 ac units in my duplex and replace a complete system in my other property day 1 and 2 was good, one unit needed a air handler and he found one and bought it for me, then my nightmare started, he never brought back the air handler to install, the other house he brought a unit his guys installed what they could do and I have been waiting for Roy to complete the rest and all he do is lie and make up excuses on why he didn't make it, he took my money and continue to take on more jobs instead of completing my job, I have lost a potential tenant because of this, I had ppl reach out to this man and he refused to do anything. Last conversation we had was that he was forcing my hand to take him to court and he replied ok see you in court so that will be my part 2 of this once I go file a suit against this him and his buisness. Against trust me when I say STAY AWAY FROM ROY!!! Unless you want to be stressed out during the process.

    I called Roy to repair my AC a year ago. He came and repaired the AC unit. He did a great job. My AC in my outside shed was not producing cold air and I called Roy. He said that he would be over at 4:30 pm. I waited until 5:30 and called and I didn’t get an answer so Ileft a message for him to call me. I called again at 6:30 pm and he answered and said that he was still coming over and to text him my address again, so I did. At 7:30 pm I called him again and he answered and bluntly said…I’m can’t make it over there and I’m sorry. I said what? Well why didn’t you call me? He said…All I can say is I’m sorry. This is what I call not caring about your customers and not a good business person. At least he should have called then I would have understood. But I won’t be doing business with him anymore and don’t recommend anyone else either.
