    I have received numerous threatening emails from this company in whom I never heard of or have done business with. I have responded to their emails and notified them that I never received any services from them and dont know who they are and asked them to stop contacting me. Today, November 1, 2024, I received an email threatening to negatively affect my credit scores bureaus if I dont submit $320.68 within the next 14 days. A person by the name of Rhianna S******* requested for me to call her directly and send payment to her. The previous email on October 16,2024 at 10:52 am says that my account was turned over to the office for collections. There was a previous email saying that it was an invoice for an **** **** ****** ****** *** ****** *** ** ******* ********* I have never had ******* as an internet carrier. I contacted ******* and they escalated my concern and apologized for any inconvenience and verified that I never had internet services. I only have wireless with them for my business with 2 lines. ******* verified that there was not any activation of internet services on my account and that this should be removed. Nothing pertaining to these accused services were on any of my ******* bills or account. The kind ******* represented stated that it may have been a promotion available at the time that I opened my business account and once again apologized for any inconvenience and that I should have never received these emails.

    Hello *******, we received an order from your ******* rep, ******* *****, on Jan. 5th, 2024, ******* Lead Number* ********** for an **** router that was going to be running a ******* 10Mb business internet connection.  This device was shipped from our ********** warehouse via ***** 2-day delivery, tracking: ************, and was delivered at **** ******** ***** *** ***** *********** *** *****, on Jan. 10th, 2024, at 2:45 PM.

    If you cancelled your ******* internet you should have shipped us back the router. We would have included a return shipping label and documentation in the box it was shipped in with return information.  We have a lot of money in these devices and all we ask is they are returned back to us if you are not happy with the device, or the ******* data plan, or cancel your ******* service the device was setup for.

    The reason we sent you an invoice to pay is because we did not get that device back.  If you can send us the device back now all of this will be settled.  If you look on the bottom of the device, you should see a sticker with an IMEI number of ****************

    I have attached several documents to show the order, the device we shipped, and the delivery report from *****.
