    I have a 20** Honda ***** that has paint issues. The first time they repaired the paint, it took months to get it fixed. I am now on the second paint issue and have been working with Autonation Honda Columbus for 3 months without success. I have bought * Honda vehicles and I am done with Honda after this experience.
    The paint color is white and it is a problem. Do not buy a white Honda vehicle. Also, Honda of Columbus has been non responsive throughout this issue. We had to contact Honda direct and they are also having issues getting the dealership to respond.

    I paid them to reprogram my key to my 20** ***** ****** the key does not work. I even took the key to AutoZone to change the battery. The key still does not work. I took my 20** ***** ****** to them because my check engine light was on they told me I needed Cadillac converters. I got that fixed from my Mobile Mechanic check engine light came back on. I took it back to AutoNation Honda they stated that it was an air fuel sensor needed. . I got that fixed from my Mobile Mechanic check engine light came back on. I took it back to AutoNation Honda they stated that it was a air fuel sensor needed. I had my Mobile Mechanic to pick up the vehicle. He placed an intake gasket on my car and that would turn off my check engine light Honda AutoNation did not fix my car and they charged me almost $500 for something they did not fix. I am very upset because my bank would not return my funds in my favor through dispute so this is my second route I’m taking I have to physically unlock my door with my key because they did not reprogram the key Correctly.!!!!!!!

    I must say that I have had one of the worst experiences with this dealership.
    I referred 3 car buyers to this dealership in December, 2023, and was told by the salesperson (by the name Jennifer) that I would receive a $500 referral fee, which was never paid to me.
    During my many follow-ups with Jennifer, all I heard was that she would follow up and get back to me, but I just heard nothing back from her. During my last text message to her, she simply told me not to contact her anymore. I then contacted the general manager (by the name Chase) and he told me that there would be a check cut from the corporate which was just an empty promise that never came to fruition.
    So, in a word, I was lied to about the $500 referral payment.
    This dealership only cares about getting referrals and making their sales, while having no concern whatsoever about treating people right. My referrals helped them make three car sales, but I was then treated with neglect and rudeness after all the sales were completed. What happened to their business ethics? Clearly, it does not exist.
    I would caution anyone who is even thinking about buying a car from this place to think twice, unless you want to deal with unethical and dishonest people.
    To say I was highly disappointed with this dealership would be an understatement. One thing for sure, I will never refer anyone that I know to them, nor will I ever buy a car from this place.

    My experience at Autonation in Columbus,GA has been horrible, after purchasing a vehicle from this location they agreed to paint where the bike rails were removed, the painter did a horrible paint job
