I recently brought four new tires from this dealership. Not even a week later, I had a blow out on my back tire. The employee working on my vehicle stated that "I obviously ran over something and it's not covered because I didn't have any road hazard. " There was a huge. You can tell that the tire blew from the inside. There was no object in the tire and the middle threading and wire was showing. After my husband came to change my tire, we went to the area to look for debris. There wasn't any. If not replace the tire at least offer a discount. As a disabled veteran that was a very traumatic experience. Luckily, my kids were not in the vehicle and I was not on the highway.

Thanks for the email, we will be contacting ***** ********* tomorrow to set up the refund.  Through discovery, it appears to be a road hazard and would fall on the responsibility of the individual, but we would rather keep our customers happy and maintain confidence in our repair facilities and customer relations.  Should there be anything else needed in this case please let me know.

I’ve had to speak with the manager and service director multiple times and pay multiple service fees. This caused immense stress on my personal and work life. Most importantly putting me and my child’s life in danger repeatedly. I scheduled an appt online in ***** due to my 2014 ***** less than 50,000 miles having issues. My car wasn’t seen until Jan24. Greg M*****, Service Advisor, stated it was going to be up 48 hours before it was looked at. Then said it’s the holidays so it will take longer. My father had to speak with the Service Director, Steve M*******. Greg stated he called and left a message on my phone which is impossible since I do not have voice mail setup. I received my car back and it was driving worse! Greg said to bring it back and he’ll “fix” the issue. I took a trip with my daughter 90 miles. Driving back home with 30 miles left my car began to overheat and suffer battery loss. This left us on the side of the road, at night with no assistance. My daughter and I had to wait since I have no family in the area. I no longer trusted and didn’t want this location to service my car. After contacting ****** I had no choice and still paid the additional fee. April24, and my extended coverage is ending. I contacted Greg multiple times for an update with no response. Greg was on vacation and would get back to me by the next week. Again, I had to get my father involved who at this time had to threaten to contact the BBB if no updates. I received my car. I work remotely so my ***** was rarely driven. I opted out of driving on the highway due to my fear of my car breaking down us again. July24, I accepted an on-site position since I believed my car was now fully reliable. I began driving on the highway to prepare for my transition. My car again began to overheat and suffer battery loss while my daughter was with me. I’m afraid to drive it any longer. I love my ***** but haven’t been able to drive with no complications since Dec 2023. I was assured it was fixed.

Please see attached completed Repair orders for 2 different customer complaints. The last time the customer was at Rivertown Buick GMC was in April.  Customer is more than welcome to bring the car back so we can address the overheating issue. Customer does have a warranty to cover repairs, I would waive any additional fees the customer might incur to help out.  It seems these repairs are unrelated issues with the vehicle.

Again, she is more than welcome to bring the ***** back to us to address the overheating issue at a time that is convenient for her.

    Thank you,
