    Rivertown GMC .bad sale practice lurking customer. on a bait and switch
    Rivertown GMC advertise a 20** *** .**. ** with a dealership inspection
    showing no issue. After I purchase the truck the check engine light came on
    I took it to my repair shop . issue was a P0305 on 5 and after several diagnose
    the truck had low compression on several. Coils and needed a engine rebuilt are replacement. what dealership with a large corporate would sale low-quality
    automobile. RIVERTOWN BUICK GMC., NO CUSTOMER SERVICE

    I flew to Georgia with my wife to get her anniversary gift - a 2023 Jeep ******** back in 9/6/2023. it is now 12/18/2023 at 11:02PM MST and I still have not received my license plate. I called several times for weeks, left voicemails to everyone including the tag and title clerks, sent text messages to the Kaleb S****** - the sales rep that got me the Jeep and even promised to send a package of "Resist-ALL" which never happened, emailed the Internet Director Mark C***** and didn't even bother replying to any of my emails or voicemails. After several inquiries and phone calls, someone finally answered my call, Tag and Title Clerk, Deborah B*****. I was finally relieved until she told me that I have to get a VIN Inspection which cost me an additional $47 out of pocket. That was 12/72023. I called again several times this morning to inquire about my license plate and they said that no one from Tag and Title can help as Deborah was vacation. I've been telling them for 3 THREE frustrating months that I need my license plate because I plan to go on a trip and no one bothered returning my CALLS. Even the "complaints" department kept saying, they will pass the complaints to management which never saw any fruition. The script was the same over and over.
    I am from ***********, ** and I have to drive to Florida this weekend and I still do not have my license and currently have an expired Temp Tag.
    This experience cost me headaches. No business should ever ignore their customers' requests and what they are entitled to - a license plate - particularly if they spent over $43k - which will cost over $60k after interests.
    I would strongly suggest that consumers do not go with this company because of lack of PROPER CUSTOMER SERVICE and actual CARE. Once they get your money, good luck getting helped from anyone. This horrendous experience made me hate going to this trip to the STATE of GEORGIA.
