    We were asked to leave after 5 months of a year lease. Work orders put in and they were not taken care of supposably because the owner didn’t provide funds to do so. Was told that the owner wanted the house back. Confirmed by email that they had a new lease as of 4/1/25. Water was also cut off 4/1/25 due to the new tenants and I brought this to the realtor and stated we were responsible even though we had to be out on 3/15/2025.

    I was continuously lied to. On multiple occasions I was told that they would let me know if my offer was accepted but they never contacted me. The house went under contract twice and the played the same game. I informed them that I had other opportunities that hinged on their response but they didn't care they continued to string me a long. Heartless

    Absolutely the worst rental company. If you don’t keep a paper trail of every single little thing they will try to screw you for more money. They only care about their pockets.
