What an honor to have been referred to a service that helps small businesses like myself understand the power of building a business profile. I always wondered how businesses received funding and I just thought they were working harder than me. I learned through Novae that I was completely wrong and that there is a process to establishing a business profile so that lenders will be willing to lend. Ive learned how to list my company, verify my address on all important platforms, establish a business phone number and develop startup accounts that help establish my reputation as a stable company. These are very valuable resources and should be taught in our school system to help give our future generations a head start. Thank you Novae.Novae

Spoke with *** who sent me a link for a discounted coupon, once I entered all of my personal information and made my payment (which I attempted only once) the system said there was an error processing my payment, however, they processed my payment 3 times!!Novae

Hello. Thank you for your feedback but we would have certainly preferred you reach out to our company rather than posting a one star review with the BBB and you not understanding the issue you were having. Please allow us to explain:You were declined due to not entering the correct billing information that their card provider or bank has on file and the decline error code that shows on the website is AVS rejected. The bank or credit card company (NOT NOVAE) will have that as a pending transaction because it is an actual account but since the billing info is not correct it will not post to the account. This allows time for the card holder to contact their bank or credit company to approve the pending transaction or correct the billing address.The 3 attempts by you came in at:12/08/2022 4:30:44 PM EST 12/08/2022 4:31:45 PM EST 08-Dec-2022 16:36:46 PST (3:36:46)Which means you were attempting to process the payments not us because they were spaced out and the payments were processed from the website during enrollment NOT by one of our staff members.Your account Account was never created due to declined payment. We also have no phone calls to or from the phone number on file that matches your name so you did not attempt to contact us to cure this issue.You are welcome to cure this issue if you wish to proceed but please contact the BBB to remove this one star review or correct it.
