In my opinion and experience, Novae money is a great affiliate marketing and **************** The characters and professionalism of the *** and *************** Officer are impeccable. The person I signed under was extremely helpful and always willing to answer questions at any time. They have constant trainings and webinars and the ******** and messenger groups are always active with consultants and leaders supporting one another. The corporate customer service was responsive and helpful in a timely manner whenever I called. I emailed them to let them know that I was leaving the company and the monthly payments stopped right away. I understand that in this type of industry, you have to really put in the work to get great monetary results. I was with this company for a while and I enjoyed being a part of Novae, but I had interests in starting a business of my own. I only left because I had to focus on building my business. However, if I were to join a financial mlm again, Novae money would be my ONLY choice.

We joined in Feb of 2022 and have not heard back from anyone until I made several phone calls. Then they advised me that the program I signed up for has been halted until Dec of 2022 due to some "enhancements" they are doing. No action has been taken on my account and this seems like a waste of time.Novae

Thank you for your feedback but we would like to provide more context to your negative review so others don't misconstrue our offering or customer service. We have researched your account and see that you spoke to a customer service rep on 10/26 and another on 11/3. We actually contacted you on 2/21, after your initial enrollment, and your voicemail box was not set up. We reached out on 3/1 again with the same result. Then on 4/1 we contacted you and you asked us to call you back at 3pm, we did, and you didnt answer and voicemail box was full - couldnt leave a message. As for a program being "halted until Dec 2022" that's due to lenders on the particular program you enrolled for pausing access to capital in March but will be open again in December. There is an alternative program available that will yield the same result but you have not been a paid client of ours since March 2022. We are unsure why you would submit a negative review in November 2022 when we're not even being paid to service you. We are available to help you finance your customers if you want to move forward but this review will need to be edited. We can be reached at **********. The worst company ever the services they have do not work or accurate I paid for access to credit builder credit monitoring and having my personal assistant to do my disputes for me they had all my information got my ID social everything to send out the disputes which they did not send at all told me they sent out twice and I never got a response for it and every time I contacted customer service they kept on going around certain questions that should of been basic answers however when I addressed that I never seen no results to anything they didnt even try to make it right I was paying $100 a month for what when no work was even done so what did they do with my identity nothing was protected at all this has to be the worst company ever I would not recommend at all they dont have nothing together at all and they **** at customer service they quick to close out the tickets for help instead of really helping your company needs more training especially on basic information I see this company going through the *** real soonNovae

The statement that our company is the worst ever or services do not work are definitely an opinion, that you are entitled to, but our company has received industry recognition and has been recognized as one of America's fastest growing companies by ************ and we have minimal negative reviews compared to the thousands of customers we have served.. That said, we have made tremendous strides at serving many consumers nationwide and have made a difference. As our company does not control when or if the credit bureaus response to any disputes sent to them, we cannot control any perceived results you feel you should receive. Further, we do not charge $100 a month for any service and if you are referring to our Affiliate Pro package that is $99 per month, the details of what comes with that program can be found here - https://novaemoney.com/base/become-an-affiliate. We are unsure what work you were expecting to be done that wasn't, given what our package outlines on our website and agreement you agreed to when enrolling through our website. More specifically, we have searched our database and have no customers or affiliates matching your name/email with the zip code supplied in this review. Novae has been a Blessing! With life's *** and downs, it's so great that there is one company that provides Leadership, Mentorship, and Opportunity to put life in order. I'm talking Mentally, Socially, Physically and Financially. Helping to balance personal life, 9-5 work life and entrepreneurship life all at your own pace. I think Novae has a great affiliate program , it's a culture, you work at your own pace, on your own time. You are your own boss, and you are working for yourself but not by yourself. You have online offline marketing tools to meet your advertising needs and help you further monetize your business. You get paid every week also other payouts during the month.Novae

Coming from a current affiliate Novae Money is a good company ran by compassionate individuals. They provide a lot of useful information and mentorship. The affiliate is responsible for the amount of success. If you invest in yourself and apply the information they provide it will be a guaranteed win for you. Becoming an affiliate is not for you if you simply dont have a interest in sales or have no interest in being a entrepreneur.Novae

Im disappointed in my experience with Novae. I was so excited and ready to hit the ground running. I moved my remaining clients and affiliates from my old platform because I told them it would be better, but sadly I was proven wrong. As a customer I setup everything to repair my credit and took all the necessary steps to success as directed by higher mentors No letters were sent out for me or my clients, a lot of technical issues with the portal. Compensation plan was not followed. I was so excited to get a personal loan funded, with promises of good commissions, but I never saw them due to my application getting routed to corporate site even though we went through my personal site. The math never added up with my commissions vs my production. I spend great money to invest and even upgraded to see higher return and that just wasnt happening.Novae

Hello and thank you for providing feedback on your experience. We apologize if your expectations were not met and we strive to fix any customer issues that come about. If there were any errors made on our behalf we will certainly make it right. All direct sales people are independent contractors and success in earning commissions is based off of exact conversions, compensation plan rules, and exact percentages. Based on an affiliates' experience, credit worthiness of applicants, and products applied for, commissions will be calculated accordingly. This type of model is consistent in the loan broker industry. The opportunity to be a Novae affiliate is not an investment opportunity and no guaranteed return is promised. Your commission is earned from transitional sales. Lastly, you refer to credit services which are a complimentary part of our membership. After looking into your account, you only enrolled three affiliates for $1 (one upgraded) and two customers, outside of you having the service as a part of your affiliate membership. You did have two rounds of letters sent out and your customer had letters go out as well. One of your customers did cancel before their first round could go out. You were paid commissions on the customers you enrolled and a commission from a personal loan you sold but you canceled your account a day before the loan commission was booked on your account. Lastly, we do not have a record of any complaints into our company directly about these matters outside the cancellation text message you sent us on 8/29/22. The message we received - "reason for canceling "Lack of mentorship and productivity to capitalize off my investment in becoming an affiliate. Also not getting the pay that was promised in comp plan" This was addressed above. Again, we apologize you didn't gain the experience you were looking for but an understanding of the compensation plan needs to be gained to fully take advantage of it. So I've joined on July 7th and found the affiliate program was not a fit for me...I've emailed on three occasions to cancel and be refunded my start up cost and no one even bothers to respond...I just want my money back and just leave on amicable terms but this is not settling well with me.Novae

We have had to transition some employees in our customer service department after recent hypergrowth. This lack of customer service response is unacceptable and because of that, we did refund you for your entire purchase.
