I purchased a motorcycle from this location on 12/18/2024 and due to the location being roughly 6 hours away, I opted to have the motorcycle delivered to my house. Once delivered, I noticed the bike was leaking oil. I informed Falcons Fury that I would be taking this to my local dealership to be taken care of. Falcons Fury is now refusing to cover the cost of this repair stating that the vehicle was sold "As Is". I believe this is not accurate since Falcons Fury performed an oil change on the bike before delivery making this an issue caused by them, not a pre-existing ************ local dealership (****** Harley of ***********) is attempting to make me pay for this, but I believe Falcons Fury should be responsible for this.

I sold my 2019 Harley Davidson 883 Sportster to the Falcons Harley Davidson Dealership located ******************************************* on September 14, 2024, and have yet to receive payment for the sale. I have attempted to collect payment for my bike on numerous occasions. I have called or visited the location since the sale of my bike on 9/23, 9/30, 10/2, 10/3, and 10/10/2024 about the requested check. i was told that the check was in the male on 10/3 and as of today's date (10/10/2024) there is no sign of the requested payment. i am seeking the BBB's assistance with receipt of payment and to inform the BBB of their unscrupulous business practices.

I purchased a pre owned 2020 harley davidson freewheeler on 5/13/24 and spent all day at the dealership negotiating price and working out a deal on the purchase and when doing business as such, it would have been rude if I would have gotten on and stayed on my phone doing whatever, so I never did so and then when left there sometime around 6 pm and went 2 mins to cracker barrel on same street as dealership bc haven't ate the entire day and needed to feed myself, wife and father in law, I then wasn't in middle of doing business and then went through my emails and have an email from dealership stating get a $1500 dollar in store credit for any new and or pre owned motorcycle and I did so yesterday the same day I received email and they won't honor it and are giving me the run around and after reading reviews about the place they don't do customers very good and can't even get a return call from gm/owner about issue to make and or correct the issue and make right on it. It doesn't say anywhere in email about whether they make or lose money in sale of motorcycle that you will get the $1500 dollars and I want what is right and give me my $1500 dollars!!!

March 19th, purchased a new 2023 Street Glide Special from Falcons Fury Harley-Davidson. March 24th, returned to Falcons Fury; identified eight quality/warranty concerns. FF picked up the motorcycle for repair March 29th. April 17th, FF delivered motorcycle back to me, only 3 of 8 items resolved. One of those three was a leak from the oil cooling lines attached to front cylinder. I have pictures of leak before and service ticket identifying work. Next day, discovered frame damage behind clutch cable near engine stabilizer bracket. Immediately emailed pictures to FF and opened case with Harley-Davidson reference number *******. I called FF Service Manager ***********************; he denied damaging the frame saying they did not work in that area. Stating they "don't want to work on this motorcycle and they don't want it in their shop anymore."***** ************************* never once accepted a call, replied to email, or met me during the weeks this brand-new motorcycle was in their shop. HD corporate say he does not return their calls either. Harley-Davidson *************** Manual is evidence that bolts in engine stabilizer bracket required removal to replace O-rings in oil lines attaching to cylinder. These bolts have marks on them, tools were used - impact wrench slapped against frame causing damage. Other dealers/local independent mechanics agree. HD corporate acknowledge/agree with that synopsis. However, they stated that the dealer would have to make good on this, it is beyond HD to remedy. Replace or re-Powder coat frame is estimated over $7k, requiring complete disassembly of the brand-new motorcycle. Considering quality/warranty from the start, bike being in shop for weeks, remaining issues, expensive frame damage and diminished value caused by Falcons Fury of this brand-new Harley, I believe this motorcycle should be taken back, and a full refund be issued. Falcons Fury has refused to further address or make it right, and I should be made whole.
