    I purchased the S2 Del Mar on Feb 18, 2024, though the overall experience has been quite disappointing. The dealership lacked clear communication, leading to a sense of disconnect between Livewire and them. They treated us as if our purchase was unimportant, consistently emphasizing that they make nothing from it. Adding to the frustration, they quoted $500 extra to the base price. When I questioned, they simply stated that they get nothing from this sale. This experience falls short of the customer service standards I expect from LiveWire.In addition to all of this, the motorcycle was delivered to me on Feb 21, 2024, with no temp tag and I'm still waiting for it. When I reached out to the Salesperson, he said they will mail it out to me, but after that, there has been no adequate communication. I'm constantly following up with the Salesperson, but still, nothing has been resolved. It's been 11 days since the contract was signed.I'm so disappointed with the overall experience. I really started regretting buying this motorcycle at this point

    I've bought 3 bikes from Falcons fury Harley Davidson store # ***** alll three bikes were went over in detail and not one time how to strap bike down. But yall don't warranty if you strap them with bars. I I bought tab slip ons and fat bagger meat hooks. I ordered them from the parts counter and tab performance zombie baffles after i paid 300 dollars it was realized they were not the right year model bars, they were made for a hydraulic clutch not cable on the *************** glide limited. I try calling the man ***************** in parts and tries to get him to fix the problem. He told me he could get in touch with the manufacturer for about 6 weeks then told me that they must have been out yet in march and took me over to the fury custom bike and a couple of them had chrome bars and behind where the fmhydrolic ressavor is supposed to be and mine was flat black. I was told they the new year model was not out yet.Where they broke there was rust. Falcons fury explained that they dont warranty if you strap bike with handle bars. Not once have they ever told how to strap it or tell me not to strap by bars.With a week of picking it up the charging system failed and had to have it toed to falcons fury either the stator or regulator. Around October 31st I had to jump my bike off with a jump box because couple days before I took it in for the ***** service. I told service what happened and to check out why it came loose. The negative battery cable was loose so I tightened it. Went to service and they showed something like normal read outs. When I work up Sunday my bike wouldn't start, so I went bought a jump box and it stayed unless you took it off and then the bike would cut off. I called service they told me to get my bike to my house and they'd pick it up the next day. I used product called cayon dancer and they go over the grips of the bike. I've been using that product have any issues. My bars were aftermarket so I was told that the parts manage ****** would call on Tues
