    Transaction took place on 8/31/2024 for a convention that was supposed to take place on 3/29-3/21/2025. The convention was cancelled due to a fire and hurricane. The company made a ******** post stating that everyone would get a refund within 4-6 weeks and not to contact them about the refund. I have attempted to call and email them multiple times with no response and when calling their phone number it does not give you an option to speak to anyone. I have just disputed the charge with my bank because it was almost a $500 charge.

    Me and my wife bought tickets and numerous photograph options from Filmed In The South for their Halloween and Harvest event for 31 Oct through 3 Nov 2024. The event was cancelled and the company said that refunds were being refunded in the order they were purchased. They have stopped replying to any attempt to contact them. I've tried calling them, sent emails, and tried contacting them through ******** Messenger. Their last reply to anything was in January. My bank advised me to make this complaint. We have talked with numerous other people who are in the same situation with this company over this event. I have not found one single person who has received their refund. My solution would be for them to refund all of our money like they stated they would do. Total amount spent was $938.63.

    Hi, I am wanting to file a complaint against Filmed in the South. Back in October of last year they cancelled the Halloween and Harvest Festival. It was supposed to take place Oct 31 to Nov 3rd 2024. I had a Nov 2nd admission and bought 2 photo ops with actors that were attending. It was cancelled due to the bio lab fire. Totally understandable but refund were to only take 4 to 6 weeks. The festival was cancelled on Oct 13 2024. I have still not received my 2 refunds for the photos I bought. Prices were$52.47 and $75.79 after taxes. It has been almost 6 months. They will not return any messages and will not answer anyone in the group chat we had and archived it so no one can talk to them. There are so many people that havent received their refunds and we dont know what else to do. I tried to file a complaint with my bank but that was blocked by this company. Is there anything you can do to help? I dont want this to happen to anyone else. Thanks ***** *********

    I along with hundreds of others, bought tickets to the Halloween and harvest estival in ********* ga for oct 31-nov2. 2024. They cancelled and promised refunds to us within 4 to 6 weeks. They cancelled in September and none has gotten a refund. There are hundreds of us they are blocking on their ******** page when we ask about. They will not respond to emails. Im talking 500 to 3000 $ in tickets per person. If u call they say u have to email and Ive emailed at least 10 times with no response. We want our money back now.

    This company has stolen my money. They had an event that was supposed to happen on Oct. 31, 2024 but it was canceled. They had made it very clear that everyone would be receiving a refund back in 6-8weeks. It is now February and we have no received anything back. After checking their reviews on ******, it looks like we are not the only ones who didnt get their refund back. I will add photos to show what Im talking about. I have also added a photo from my bank showing the amount and date it was taken from my bank.

    On July 11, 2024, I purchased SEVERAL photo ops for the Halloween and Harvest Festival that FIlmed in the South (along with another organization, RomaDrama) scheduled for October 31 to November 3, 2024. I made additional photo op purchases on August 16th, and August 23rd, as well as purchased one meet and greet opportunity on September 13th. On October 15, 2024, I received an email stating that the event had been canceled and refunds would take 4-6 weeks to complete and up to 30 business days to show in my account depending on the payment method. I have yet to receive ANY of these refunds. On January 18, 2025, I received an email that the refund for my July 11th purchase was processing; several of my friends received the same email and have since received their money. I have not. I understand this refund may take another few business days to show in my account (based on the 30 business days), but I have yet to receive an update on my (3) remaining transactions. They also have ignored my attempts at email outreach requesting a status update. I tried disputing the charges with my credit card company, but unfortunately, they were declined after the company replied to their inquiry saying the services were "good" and I am responsible for the fees. Waiting over 6 months for my refunds when told they would process in 4-6 weeks is completely unacceptable. I hope you can help me resolve this issue. Thank you.

    Merchant has refused to refund for an even that was canceled and is fighting with the bank on getting my money back

    This company sold tickets to an event and canceled the event and has kept 498 dollars of my hard earned money and has refused to give refunds for an event they canceled or even communicate with us.

    I had purchased tickets back on September 5th for a festival they were holding in October they cancelled the event two weeks prior to when it was supposed to take place due to weather told us we would receive refunds within 4-6 weeks which would have put it by late November we are already at the end of January I havent received a dime of the 500+ dollars I spent for this festival I cant reach them I have called emailed even reached out through social media on multiple occasions trying to get a response and have not received anything back there is hundreds of people who still have not received their money back and cannot get a response

    I purchased several items from Filmed in the South for an event that was to take place Halloween 2025 weekend. 6 weeks before the event they cancelled it and sent an email to all purchasers that they would be refunded by 6 weeks which would have been Halloween 2025 weekend. I still haven't not received $795 worth of refunds as of today, 1/17/25. I only received 2 refunds. The amount I am still owed is $795.I have sent 2 emails to Filmed in the South asking for an ETS on my refunds and have yet to hear a reply. I I want my $795 refunded. I want my reufnds.
