8/1/24 I purchased 2 admission tickets $174.90, 8/26/24 I bought 1 admission ticket $87.45, 9/24/24 I purchased 1 selfie photo with ***** $52.47, 10/2/24 I bought 3 tickets to the ****** ***** Event, 2nd row $318.00. That is a total of ******.On 10/15/24 Filmed in the South announced they had to cancel due to a chemical fire and would be issuing refunds to everyone within 6 weeks. Here were Jan 16th and I have not received ANY refunds! I have emailed the company multiple times with no reply. I have disputed the charged thru my bank and they are advising the bank the charges are valid. I have attached their email canceling the event and stating refunds would be issued. If I cannot get help here I will have to go to court I guess. I just want my money back.Initial Complaint

This company sold tickets to a convention called Halloween and Harvest. They also sold photo ops and autographs for this convention. They subsequently cancelled the convention which I understand happens sometimes. They promised to refund everyone's money in 4-6 weeks. This was in October, 24. Since then, they have deleted their emails address, quit accepting comments online and aren't returning anyone's requests for their money back. I paid for a service and did not receive it. My credit card company is currently disputing this charge. The merchant is claiming that I agreed to pay them money which I did. I paid them money for tickets to an event which they cancelled. I think they don't have the money to pay everyone back.Initial Complaint

Ticket was purchased for the November Harvest Festival in ******* that was cancelled in October. Despite promises, I have yet to see any kind of refund. Bought 2VIP tickets for Harvest Fest Christmas Con along with 2photo ops. The event was unfortunately cancelled due to the hurricane and chemical plant fire in ******* in Oct. 2024. VIP tickets were refunded although they retained the taxes and service fees. 2 photo ops totaled $200 and gave still not been refunded despite an email and filing several disputes with my bank. The disputes were opened in mid Nov and are still ongoing as far as I know. There are hundreds if not more people who are in the same situation. This company sold tickets for a ******************* convention and my husband and I purchased tickets on Aug 23rd. $466. Then on Oct 13th we were told it was canceled and refunds would go out in 4-6 weeks. It's been almost 10 weeks now and nothing. You can't call they don't give an option to speak to a person. Emails they say they are working on it. ******** page comments get the exact same response about processing in the order they received our orders. Then they started deleting comments and blocking people. I guess people started disputing with their banks and now they say they stopped refunds to deal disputes. They have also sent out emails that refunds had happened but they were never received by the bank. This place is shady and I think they spent the money and don't have it to refund.Initial Complaint

Filmed In The South organized a convention called ******************* Festival that was suppose to happen on October 31, 2024 - November 3, 2024. I ordered $3,157.53 worth of Photo Ops, ******************** for the event. The event was cancelled on October 15, 2024 due to the ******* Fire and Hurricane ******. On the website it say: refunds will take 4-6 weeks for us to complete and up to 30 business days to reflect to your account depending on your payment method. They dont have a phone number to call and they dont answer email. So far, I have only received a partial refund of $371 out of $3,157.53 I have spent on the event. On September the 12th six of us family members got together and decided we wanted to go to the Filmed in the South Halloween Festival, we gathered our money and the tickets were all put on one card. In October they canceled the event with a promise to have information out about rescheduling and refunds by the following Monday. We have reached out to them with no response until we posted on their ******** page and we keep getting the same message two months later. This is the response we are getting. ***** Woodard ****** we understand that you are frustrated but please know we are processing refunds every day in the order they were purchased. It is one person who is doing this as we are a small business and have no other help at this time. On their web page it says 4-6 weeks. Just finding it hard to believe that it would take this long to get a refund. That was ****** just for myself, plus any taxes or fees that were charged to my family's card. This is the name on the card that the tickets were purchased on **** *******, the tickets were in each of our names, ***** ******, ***** ******, **** *****, **** *******, *** *********, and ***************************. Any help you can give us to help us in getting our refund would be deeply appreciated. We have tried reaching out but they just keep giving the same message. $524.70 was the total cost of 6 tickets. I only have my three copies of the tickets with this in the email from them. June 25, 2024 I purchased 2 tickets to Filmed in the South Halloween Harvest Festival. It was scheduled for Nov 31st thru Nov 3rd. They cancelled the event on Oct 15th. According to them the reason was the Hurricane and the Fire at the ******* in *******,**. They said they would issue refunds in the order they were placed. There are many people who have not gotten a refund yet. I am one of those. My daughter also hasn't received her refund. I just want my money back. I made 5 different purchases from June to September from this company for an event they were doing. They were doing a convention with Hallmark and Vampire Dairies actors. On October 15th they announced they were canceling the event. You can't email the company because they say it isn't being monitored because their focus is on refunding everybody. If you comment on their ******** page anything remotely taken as a complaint is declined. I noticed today now they have turned off commenting on their posts where people were saying they haven't gotten their money. It's just so sketchy and I want my money back. This was a fan event that was canceled and we were informed that we would be refunded within a month. We have yet Yet to receive any refund, they have not communicated with us and when we try to contact them via email or phone , they refused to answer any of our questions we demand a refund within the next two days otherwise well take this to attorney General
